Cel: podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz umiejętności społecznych 60/38/22 mieszkańców z obszaru ŁOM w wieku 18-65 zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i przywrócenie im zdolności do zatrudnienia do 04.2019. Działania: warsztaty społeczno – edukacyjno - zawodowe (m.in.: praca w grupie, techniki poszukiwania pracy, tworzenie wiarygodnego CV, zarządzanie budżetem, rozmowa kwalifikacyjna w praktyce); ścieżki zawodowe: Magazynier z obsługą wózka widłowego, Kucharz z obsługą sali, Opiekun klienta/przedstawiciel handlowy prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych, staże zawodowe, poradnictwo oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Przewidziano również szkolenia nieokreślone w przypadku zdiagnozowania innych zainteresowań i umiejętności, niż zaplanowane w projekcie ścieżki.
