Aim: improve energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of G. Szceciec by optimising the energy economy in public buildings in the road. A reduction in demand for primary energy; Reduction of CO emissions; Optimisation of electric consumption; Increased use of RES. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja bud. użyt. publ. w m. Szczaniec: budynek remizy OSP, budynek wykorzystywany do działalności społecznej, budynek przedszkola-przychodni. Projekt obejmuje: ocieplenie przegród poz. i pion.; wymiana okien i/lub drzwi zew.; modern. instalacji c.o. i/lub c.w.u. z wymianą źr. ciepła; zastosowanie wentylacji nawiewno-wywiewnej z odzyskiem ciepła oraz chłodzenia pasywnego, modern. ośw. na LED; montaż inst. fotowoltaicznej i ogrzewania OZE (pomp ciepła w każdym z bud. i dodatkowo kotła na biomasę w Przedszkolu); urządzenia i elektronika systemu zarządzania energią. Gr. docelowe: mieszkańcy G. Szczaniec; użytkownicy budynków: społecznego, OSP, przedszkola; władze G. Szczaniec; intytucje systemu ochrony środ.
