The project is therefore the purchase of an integrated electronic system that includes specialised software for online service (including the launch of new e-services) for residents, businesses and other entities and institutions, as well as providing the beneficiary with the provision of ICT equipment for the beneficiary. The main objective of the project is to disseminate and improve the quality of the electronic public services provided by “SuPeCion” Sp. z o.o. and to streamline the process through the implementation of new public e-services and the exchange of correspondence with ePUAP. The scope of the project consists of: — Feasibility studies — Programme applications — Server infrastructure — Computer server and software and reconstruction of server rooms — Client service personnel — computer hardware and software — utility equipment for the operation of e-services — water recording equipment including taps and software — Training — Project promoter (supervision carried out on behalf of an investor in relation to the correct implementation of the project — investor supervision and preparation of tender documentation — description of the subject of the contract) • to introduce the possibility to use e-services regardless of the opening hours of the company,• shorten administrative procedures,• reduce the need for personal visits at the company’s premises, thereby reducing the burden on customers: citizens, businesses (less time to deal with cases, lower travel costs),• to reduce the cost of running the company by reducing the circulation of paper documents, the duration of the project is Q3 2015-4th quarter [...] (English)

    Głównym problemem do rozwiązania w wyniku realizacji projektu jest ograniczona (szczególnie w stosunku do istniejących możliwości) oferta e-usług dla mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców świadczonych przez Sulechowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne „SuPeKom” Sp. z o.o. w Sulechowie. Przedmiotem projektu jest więc zakup zintegrowanego systemu elektronicznego obejmującego specjalistyczne oprogramowanie umożliwiające obsługę on-line (w tym uruchomienie nowych e-usług) mieszkańców, przedsiębiorstw i innych podmiotów oraz instytucji, a także doposażenie beneficjenta w sprzęt ICT. Celem głównym projektu jest upowszechnienie i poprawa jakości elektronicznych usług publicznych świadczonych przez „SuPeKom” Sp. z o.o. i usprawnienie działania poprzez wdrożenie nowych e-usług publicznych i elektronizację wymiany korespondencji za pomocą ePUAP. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzi: - Studium Wykonalności - Aplikacje programowe - Infrastruktura serwerowa - serwer i oprogramowanie oraz przebudowa serwerowni - Sprzęt kliencki dla pracowników obsługi beneficjenta - sprzęt komputerowy wraz z oprogramowaniem - Sprzęt użytkowy do obsługi e-usług - urządzenia do rejestrowania przepływu wody wraz z nakładkami oraz oprogramowanie - Szkolenia - Promocja projektu - Doradztwo techniczne związane z obsługą projektu (nadzór sprawowany w imieniu inwestora w zakresie prawidłowości realizacji projektu - nadzór inwestorski oraz przygotowanie dokumentacji przetargowej - opis przedmiotu zamówienia) Do głównych efektów projektu należy: • wprowadzenie możliwości korzystania z e-usług bez względu na godziny otwarcia spółki, • skrócenie procedur administracyjnych, • ograniczenie konieczności osobistych wizyt w siedzibie spółki, a tym samym zmniejszenie obciążeń klientów: obywateli, przedsiębiorców (mniej czasu na załatwienie sprawy, mniejsze wydatki na dojazd), • zmniejszenie kosztów funkcjonowania spółki poprzez ograniczenie obiegu papierowego dokumentów, Okres realizacji projektu to III kw. 2015 - IV kw.
