The purpose of this project is to implement a business strategy for the internationalisation of the activities of the company. This will be done through the participation of representatives of the beneficiary in trade fairs abroad, by searching and selecting business partners in the target markets and by developing the concept of the image of the company. During the development of the strategy, 30 potential markets were analysed where the applicant could sell its products. Two, the most promising target markets for the company are listed: the German and Dutch markets on which the Applicant has not yet carried out any sales. The strategy sets out the main actions that need to be taken fully to achieve all the qualitative and quantitative objectives. The project will be implemented in phases. For each of the next market events, a marketing exercise will be carried out in order to implement the idea of an entrepreneur’s image on the German and Dutch markets. For each market, a search and selection of trading partners will also be carried out. The applicant will participate in 2 trade events: Germany: The Supreme Court of Bar &, Below Munich, 25-27.02.2019, France: — Targi de la Lingere Paris, January 2020. the implementation of the project will result in the following output indicators: — Number of undertakings receiving support (CO01) — 1 unit — Number of enterprises receiving subsidies (CO02) — 1 t — Private investment in support of public support to undertakings (subsidies) (CO06) — PLN 129 200,00 — Number of undertakings that have implemented organisational and procedural changes — 1 units — Number of enterprises supported in internationalisation — 1 t — Number of enterprises supported by new enterprises (CO05) — 0 percentage share in 2 international trade events will enable the company to meet the objectives of entering new foreign markets, i.e. ho (English)

    Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie strategii biznesowej w zakresie umiędzynarodowienia działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Wdrożenie to nastąpi poprzez udział przedstawicieli beneficjenta w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zagranicznych, wyszukiwanie i dobór partnerów biznesowych na rynkach docelowych oraz opracowanie koncepcji wizerunku firmy. W trakcie opracowywania strategii dokonano analizy 30 potencjalnych rynków, na których firma wnioskodawcy mogłaby prowadzić sprzedaż swoich produktów. Wyszczególniono dwa, najbardziej obiecujące dla firmy rynki docelowe: rynek niemiecki oraz holenderski na których Wnioskodawca nie prowadził dotychczas żadnej sprzedaży. Strategia określa najważniejsze działania, które należy podjąć aby w pełni zrealizować wszystkie cele jakościowe i ilościowe. Przedmiotowy projekt zostanie zrealizowany etapami. Dla każdej z kolejnych imprez targowych zostanie zrealizowane zadanie marketingowe polegające na wdrożeniu koncepcji wizerunku przedsiębiorcy na rynku niemieckim i niderlandzkim. Dla każdego z rynków zostanie również przeprowadzone wyszukiwanie i dobór partnerów handlowych. Wnioskodawca weźmie udział w 2 imprezach targowych: Niemcy: - Targi Supreme Body&Beach Monachium 25-27.02.2019 r. Francja: - Targi de la Lingerie Paris w styczniu 2020 r Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CO01) - 1 szt - Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CO02) - 1szt - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CO06) – 129 200,00 PLN - Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe - 1 szt - Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności - 1szt - Liczba wspieranych nowych przedsiębiorstw (CO05) – 0 szt Udział w 2 imprezach targowych o zasięgu międzynarodowym pozwoli firmie na realizację celów związanych z wejściem na nowe rynki zagraniczne tj. ho (Polish)
