The aim of the project is to carry out personalised and comprehensive measures to enable active social inclusion and the reintegration into the labour market of 20 people with disabilities from the home of the Chelmiński district and the snake, through the implementation of a programme to promote employment, vocational and social rehabilitation. The project will contribute to employment outside of the ZAZ and to support their entourage (professional adviser, TUTOR, etc). The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project: — Block acquisitions for 20 os: (7 vocational training). The training will be carried out by the external business in ZAZ’e and externally. Of the above-mentioned target year, 3 will be directed to the open market pr. — Individual terms for 20 os: (carry out an environmental interview in order to diagnose the opportunities and limitations, identify the predisposition, explore interests, help establish a path). — Practical arrangements (performance of working activities, learning on the basis of cooperation with workers without disabilities, preparation for traineeships). — Traineeships: (preparation of position, traineeship plan, contact with employers). The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the following indicators: KEY RESULTS: The number of persons who have been disadvantaged or excluded after leaving 17os; — The number of persons who work in danger or who do not work after leaving the PROGR. (including those working on own premises) — 1 persons. Hazard and/or exclusion. — 0 persons — OF THE PRODUCT: The number of persons covered by the support in the course of the year — 20. — Number of people supported in to 20 SPECIFIC: — Number of persons with the necessary seniority in order to maintain employment between 18-64 years old, and 20os. — Number of persons who have acquired competence after the post PR-20 (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie zindywidualizowanych i kompleksowych działań umożliwiających aktywne włączenie społeczne, a także powrót na rynek pracy 20 os. z niepełnosprawnościami z terenu powiatu chełmińskiego i wąbrzeskiego poprzez realizację programu na rzecz wsparcia zatrudnienia, rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do podjęcia zatrudnienia poza ZAZ oraz wsparcie otoczenia tych osób usługami asystenckimi (doradca zawodowy, tutor, itp). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania: -Zajęcia grupowe dla 20 os: (7 szkoleń zawodowych). Szkolenia będą realizowane przez firmy zewn. w ZAZ'ie oraz zewnętrznie. Z wyżej wymienionej gr. docelowej, 3 os. zostaną skierowane na otwarty rynek pr. -Zajęcia indywidualne dla 20 os: (przeprowadzenie wywiadu środowiskowego w celu zdiagnozowania możliwości i ograniczeń, określenie predyspozycji zaw., analiza zainteresowań, pomoc w ustaleniu ścieżki zaw.). -Zaj. praktyczne (wykonywanie nabytych w trakcie szk. czynności pracy, nauka ON współpracy z pracownikami pełnosprawnymi, przygot. do stażów). -Staże zaw: (przygot. stanowiska pr., plan stażu, kontakt z pracodawcami).
