Realizacja projektu odbywać się będzie na terenie Gminy Zławieś Wielka, obszar wiejski wg klasyfikacji DEGURBA, obszar ZIT BTOF.Projekt realizowany w ramach Poddziałania 9.1.1 skierowany jest do następującej grupy docelowej:- osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznymProjekt zgodny jest z celem szczegółowym Poddziałania, tj. Aktywna integracja osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez poprawę i wzmocnienie ich zdolności do zatrudnienia.Cel projektu: Aktywne włączenie społeczne 7 osób z terenu Gminy Zławieś Wielka dzięki realizacji instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym w okresie 01.02.2019-31.12.2019.Dzięki realizacji projektu, osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki:Wskaźniki produktu:Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie - 7 osóbWskaźniki rezultatu:Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 2 osobyW ramach projektu przewidziane zostały działania z zakresu aktywizacji społecznej - warsztaty z kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych oraz aktywizacji zawodowej - szkolenia zawodowe indywidualnie dopasowane do uczestnika projektu.Realizacja projektu: 01.02.2019 - 31.12.2019.Projekt zakłada efektywność społeczną i zatrudnieniową.
