    Projekt skierowany jest do uczniów i nauczycieli Szkoły Podstawowej z oddziałami gimnazjalnymi i Liceum Ogólnokształcącego wchodzących w skład Gminnego Zespołu Szkół w Dobiegniewie. Organem prowadzącym tych szkół jest Gmina Dobiegniew, woj. lubuskie. Głównym założeniem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji korzystania z TIK oraz rozwijanie kompetencji cyfrowych uczniów i nauczycieli, a poprzez to zmniejszenie zróżnicowania międzyszkolnego w odniesieniu do osiąganych przez szkoły wyników edukacyjnych. Ważną rolę w realizacji celu głównego odgrywać będzie doposażenie szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne oraz narzędzia TIK niezbędne do realizacji programów nauczania w szkołach, w tym zapewnienie odpowiedniej infrastruktury sieciowo-usługowej, podnoszenie kompetencji cyfrowych N wszystkich przedmiotów, kształtowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji cyfrowych U z uwzględnieniem bezpieczeństwa w cyberprzestrzeni i wynikających z tego tytułu zagrożeń.
