In the implementation of the project, we want to address the lack of independence, dependency on family members, inability to fulfil their own ambitions and conduct social or professional activities.The aim of the project is to increase the degree of autonomy of persons with disabilities, in particular those facing multiple social exclusion, because of their state of health or the material status, of the inhabitants of Wałbrzych, of beef, beef, Wrocław and Legnica by providing them with assistant services from May 2017 to November 2019. in order to enable this objective to be carried out, we have scheduled a thorough training of 30 candidates for personal assistants with disabilities, their employment, and then to carry out 33750 hours of assistant’s services and 4050 hours of volunteer services for the 50 most deprived persons living in the districts covered by the project. The project will also reduce the burden on carers of project participants to return to full social and/or professional activities. The project will run from January 2017 to December 2019. The partner has a high level of experience in working with non-governmental organisations and activities for the benefit of people with disabilities, cooperation will ensure synergies between activities in the project. As an active body active in the field of support for persons with disabilities, while working closely with many local and regional authorities, NGOs, institutions, will ensure appropriate information and publicity and cooperate with the lead both at the recruitment stage and in the delivery of services. Realizując projekt chcemy rozwiązać problem braku samodzielności, zależności od członków rodziny, braku możliwości realizowania własnych ambicji i prowadzenia aktywności społecznej lub zawodowej.Celem projektu jest zwiększenie stopnia samodzielności osób z niepełnosprawnością, w szczególności osób doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego z uwagi na swój stan zdrowia lub status materialny, mieszkańców powiatów wałbrzyskiego, M. Wałbrzych, wołowskiego, wrocławskiego i M. Legnica, poprzez zapewnienie im usług asystenckich w okresie od maja 2017 r. do listopada 2019 r. Dla umożliwienia realizacji tego celu zaplanowaliśmy gruntowne szkolenie 30 kandydatów na asystentów osobistych osób z niepełnosprawnością, ich zatrudnienie, a następnie zrealizowanie 33750godzin usług asystenckich i 4050 godzin usług wolontariackich dla 50 osób najbardziej potrzebujących, mieszkających na terenie powiatów objętych projektem. Dodatkowym rezultatem projektu będzie też odciążenie od dotychczasowych obowiązków opiekunów uczestników projektu, umożliwienie im powrotu do pełnej aktywności społecznej i / lub zawodowej. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od stycznia 2017 do grudnia 2019 r.Partnerem Fundacji w realizacji projektu będzie Samorząd Województwa Dolnośląskiego poprzez Wydział ds Osób Niepełnosprawnych Urzędu Marszałkowskiego. Partner ma duże doświadczenie we współpracy z organizacjami pozarządowymi i działalności na rzecz osób z niepełnosprawnością, współpraca z nim zapewni efekt synergii działań w projekcie. Jako jednostka działająca aktywnie na polu wsparcia osób z niepełnosprawnością, a jednocześnie współpracująca ściśle z wieloma jednostkami samorządowymi, organizacjami pozarządowymi, insytucjami, będzie zapewniac właściwą informację i promocję oraz współpracować z liderem zarówno na etapie rekrutacji, jak i realizacji usług.
