The project concerns the reconstruction and development of the wastewater treatment plant located in Piotrków Kujawski at ul. Parkowa (Doc. no 956), with an exchange of a section of the collector supplying waste water to a sewage treatment plant on a publicly accessible plot: 956, 82/1, 85/1, 87/3, 87/4, 88/1, 958/3, 1701/2, situated within the catchment area of Piotrków Kujawski, district of the Soviet district. The replacement of a section of the sanitary sewage system is a cost of a non-qualified project. The investment is in line with the provisions of Council Directive 91/271/EEC concerning urban waste water treatment, as it requires more efficient treatment of waste water in a sensitive area, also meets the requirements relating to concentration and reduction levels. The task will be carried out in the area of the Piotrków Kujawski agglomeration with a p.e. of 5010 and is fully compatible with the provisions of the KPOŚK and the Masterplan. Once the investment is implemented, the capacity of the plant will be on average 752 m³/dobę/5010 PE. Once the task is carried out, the maximum values for discharges from the plant will be as follows: BOD5 25 mg/l, COD 125 mg/l, total suspension 35 mg/l — so will comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister for the Environment and Council Directive 91/271/EEC. The percentage to be calculated by the agglomerations after the realisation of the investment will be 80.6 %. The scope of the work of the project will include the construction of facilities which will be located• Technical building• Point water catchment• Equivalent waste water• The bulk of the waste water reservoir• the bulk sludge reservoir• Ston of the hook• 100 measurement system and the mechanical and biological treatment will be carried out. after the extension, the waste water treatment plant will meet the following parameters:• Capacity (Qdpr) — 752 m³/d (two independent technology lines of 376 m³/d)• The maximum capacity (Qdmax) — 952 m³/d)• Project management capacity of 7255 p.e., Qdder = 752 m³/d. investor supervision and project promotion. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i rozbudowa oczyszczalni ścieków zlokalizowanej w Piotrkowie Kujawskim przy ul. Parkowej (dz. ewid. nr 956) wraz z wymianą odcinka kolektora doprowadzającego ścieki do oczyszczalni ścieków na działkach ewid. nr: 956, 82/1, 85/1, 87/3, 87/4, 88/1, 958/3, 1701/2 położonych w obrębie geodezyjnym Piotrków Kujawski, powiat radziejowski. Wymiana odcinka sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej stanowi koszt niekwalifikowany projektu. Inwestycja jest spójna z założeniami Dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG dotyczącą oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych gdyż zakłada efektywniejsze oczyszczanie ścieków na obszarze wrażliwym, spełnia również wymagania dotyczące stężeń i stopnia redukcji zanieczyszczeń. Zadanie będzie realizowane na terenie aglomeracji Piotrków Kujawski, której RLM wynosi 5010 i jest w całości zgodny z zapisami KPOŚK i MasterPlanem. Po realizacji inwestycji wydajność oczyszczalni będzie wynosić średnio 752 m3/dobę/5010 RLM. Po realizacji zadania maksymalne wartości ścieków odprowadzanych z oczyszczalni będą wynosić: BZT5 25 mg/l, ChZT 125 mg/l, zawiesina ogólna 35 mg/l – tak więc spełniać będą wymogi Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska oraz Dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG. Procent skanalizowania aglomeracji po realizacji inwestycji będzie wynosił 80,6 %. Zakres prac w ramach projektu będzie obejmował budowę obiektów, w których mieścić się będzie:•Budynek techniczny•Punkt zlewny ścieków doważonych•Zbiornik uśredniający•Zbiornik osadu nadmiernego•Pompownia główna•Studnia kraty hakowej•Studnia pomiarowa oraz odbywać się będzie oczyszczanie mechaniczne i biologiczne ścieków.Po rozbudowie oczyszczalnia ścieków będzie osiągała następujące parametry:•przepustowość (Qdśr) – 752 m3/d (dwa niezależne ciągi technologiczne po 376 m3/d)•przepustowość maksymalna (Qdmax) – 952 m3/d•wydajność projektowa – 7255 RLM, Qdśr=752 m3/d,W ramach zarządzania projektem powadzone będą: nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu.
