THE PROBLEM: Low educational outcomes for students in external exams. School base not used for the teaching process. Low skills in the organisation of a teaching process involving activation methods and a variety of ICT tools. Defects in the objects of the objects concerned: Improve the quality of the education process in LO in the PZS in order to increase students’ educational opportunities by increasing their key competences. Increasing the teaching skills of teachers. Increasing the digital competences of pupils and teachers: The project involves the support of 60 students, 36 students, and 20 n-li (17K) of students studying/working at LO Jrodoma in the SO. Tasks: the organisation of training and compensatory courses to compensate students in the process of structuring the learning interests of students and contributing to the development of key competences — the organisation of extra-curricular activities for students and contributing to the development of key competences — the organisation of extra-curricular activities for students, vocational training, scholarships for students, equipment and the provision of educational facilities for schools/in accordance with the recommendations of the MEN/equipment and materials required for the teaching of activities contributing to the development of key competences — upgrading teachers’ skills as regards teaching competences and the use of digital tools for teaching purposes: The project will lead to the acquisition of desirable competences for students and teachers and to improve the quality of education at LO in Skalda of the activities carried out before the start of the project by the schools will not be reduced compared to the scale of the actions that precede the start of the project and will not reduce the scale of activities carried out during this period also during the lifetime of the project. PROBLEM: Niskie wyniki kształcenia w tym uzyskane przez uczniów wynik na egzaminach zewnętrznych. Baza szkoły niedostosowana do potrzeb procesu dydaktycznego. Niskie umiejętności n-li w zakresie organizacji procesu dydaktycznego z udziałem metod aktywizujących oraz różnorodnych narzędzi TIK. Braki w wyposażeniu pracowni przedmiotowychCEL: Poprawa jakości procesu kształcenia w LO przy PZS w Żmigrodzie, umożliwiająca zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych uczniów poprzez wzrost ich kompetencji kluczowych. Zwiększenie kompetencji dydaktycznych nauczycieli. Wzrost kompetencji cyfrowych uczniów i nauczycieli.GRUPA: Projekt obejmuje wsparciem 60 uczennic i 36 uczniów, i 20 n-li (17K) - uczących się/pracujących w LO w Żmigrodzie przy PZS. ZADANIA:Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez:-organizację zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych służących wyrównaniu dysproporcji w procesie kształcenia-organizację kółek zainteresowań rozwijających uzdolnienia uczniów i przyczyniających się do rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych-organizację zajęć pozaszkolnych rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe uczniów-objęcie uczniów dodatkowym wsparciem pedagogicznym, doradztwem zawodowym, stypendiami dla uczniów zdolnych, -wyposażenie i doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej szkół/zgodnie z rekomendacjami MEN/w sprzęt i materiały niezbędne do prowadzenia zajęć przyczyniających się do rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych-podniesienie poziomu kwalifikacji nauczycieli w zakresie kompetencji dydaktycznych oraz wykorzystania narzędzi cyfrowych w nauczaniu przedmiotowymREZULTATY: Efektem projektu będzie nabycie przez uczniów i nauczycieli pożądanych kompetencji oraz podniesienie jakości kształcenia w LO w Żmigrodzie Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań prow.w okr.12m-cy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu, oraz że nie obniży skali prowadzonych w tym okresie działań również w trakcie trwania projektu (Polish)
