The project is a response to a recognised social problem, i.e. the lack of equal access to high quality pre-school education in the area of the city of Świdnica and the rural municipalities of Żarów, Jaworna Śląska, Marcinowice, Swiebodzece.The project aims at developing an offer of nursery education through the following tasks, from March 2018 to February 2020: — activation of 1 integration groups, with a minimum of 17 new locations, adapted to the needs of children aged 3-6, including with disabilities, in the existing pre-school allowance; — Extension of nursery offer to educational and specialist activities for the newly formed group (17 children) and for children to date attending pre-school (68 children), to dedicate a project to a recognised need for a child with incomplete disabilities (1 boy) — Improving the skills of 15 teachers (women) in pre-school teachers required to work with pre-school children, including special educational needs; the main results of the project will be: — 17 new pre-school education places, including for children with disabilities, including 12 months co-financing of their current activities. — Equal opportunities for children with disabilities — raising the competences of 85 children through participation in additional educational activities of a total of 11 types of activities, a total of 202 monthly training cycles and 48 other forms of development such as workshops, educational theatres, field activities. The continuation of a high level of education in the institution by raising the competences (confirmed certificates) of 15 staff in teaching English and other competences necessary to work with preschool children, including with children with special needs, in particular in terms of teacher cooperation with parents, including dealing with difficult situations.     Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowany problem społeczny tj. brak równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na obszarze miasta Świdnica oraz gmin wiejsko/miejskich Żarów, Jaworzyna Śląska, Marcinowice, Swiebodzice.Celem projektu jest rozwój oferty edukacyjnej przedszkola poprzez realizację następujących zadań, w okresie od marca 2018 – do lutego 2020roku:- uruchomienie 1 grupy integracyjnej, z min. 17 nowymi miejscami, dostosowanymi do potrzeb dzieci w wieku 3-6 lat, również z niepełnosprawnościami, w istniejącym przedszkolu AGUGU; - Rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola o dodatkowe zajęcia edukacyjne i specjalistyczne dla nowopowstałej grupy (17 os.) oraz dla dzieci dotychczas uczęszczających do przedszkola (68 dzieci)- Dedykowanie projektu zdiagnozowanej potrzebie dziecka z niepełnasprawnością ( 1 chłopiec)- Doskonalenie kompetencji 15 (kobiety)nauczycieli przedszkola niezbędnych do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi.Najważniejszymi rezultatami projektu będą: - 17 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, również dla dzieci niepełnosprawnych, z uwzględnieniem 12 miesięcznego współfinansowania jej działalności bieżącej.- Wyrównanie szans dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami.-podniesienie kompetencji 85 dzieci dzięki udziałowi w dodatkowych zajęciach edukacyjnych łącznie 11 rodzajów zajęć, łącznie 202 miesięcznych cykli szkoleniowych oraz 48 innych form rozwoju, takich jak warsztaty, teatrzyki edukacyjne, zajęcia terenowe. - kontynuację wysokiego poziomu edukacji w placówce dzięki podniesieniu kompetencji (potwierdzonych certyfikatami) 15 pracowników w zakresie nauczania języka angielskiego oraz innych kompetencji niezbędnych do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, w szczególności w zakresie współpracy nauczycieli z rodzicami, w tym radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych.
