The applicant will provide support to 50 (29K, 21M) of the unemployed persons above the age of 29 living in the area of Ms inkowroława (according to the CC). In particular: (a) persons over the age of 50 (5: 3k, 2M), (b) Women (29 K), (c) long-term unemployed (10: 6k, 4M), d) Persons with disabilities (2: 1k, 1M), (e) the low-qualified (20: 12k, 8M).Recruitment driven by the first 3 months. Support shall be tailored, tailored to the needs of the UP and comprehensive. Each participant according to IPD, developed by a career advisor at the beginning of the project, will participate in group guidance advice, course and traineeship. The main outputs and results (key indicators) to be achieved through the implementation of the project are also planned (key indicators) to be achieved through the implementation of the project: -Number of unemployed, including long-term unemployed, supported in programie/50 of persons; -Number of inactive people supported by programie/0; -Number of persons employed, including self-employed, after leaving programu/25 of persons; -Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving programu/24 of persons; planned effect of implementation of the project — recruitment by the highest possible number of participants in the project (employment efficiency of 42 % or 52 %). Projekt realizowany jest przez Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe GESAL Eugeniusz Skoczyński, instytucję szkoleniową doświadczoną w aktywizacji zawodowej na obszarze województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego.Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu aktywności zawodowej 50 (29K, 21M) osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż. zamieszkujących w p. inowrocławskim poprzez wzmocnienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych w okresie 01.01.2019-31.12.2019. Wnioskodawca obejmie wsparciem 50 (29K, 21M) osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia zamieszkałych (zgodnie z KC) na obszarze p. inowrocławskiego. W szczególności:a) osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (5: 3K, 2M),b) kobiety (29 K),c) osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (10: 6K, 4M),d) osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (2: 1K, 1M),e) osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (20: 12K, 8M).Rekrutacja prowadzona przez pierwsze 3 m-ce. Wsparcie w ramach proj. jest zindywidualizowane, dostos. do potrzeb UP i kompleksowe. Każdy uczestnik zgodnie z IPD opracowanym przez doradcę zawodowego na początku realizacji projektu, weźmie udział w grupowym poradnictwie zaw., kursie zaw. oraz stażu zaw. Zaplanowano także wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowisk pracy dla 5 pracodawców.Główne produkty i rezultaty (wskaźniki kluczowe), które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:-Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie / 50 osób;-Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem w programie / 0 osób;-Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu / 25 osób;-Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu / 24 osoby;Zaplanowany efekt realizacji projektu - uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez jak największą liczbę uczestników projektu (efektywność zatrudnieniowa na poziomie 42% lub 52%).
