The main problem of the target group is social exclusion. A diagnosis of the area covered by LDSs shows that the problems faced by people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in this area include unemployment and a subjective feeling of a small number of jobs linked to a lack of professional qualifications for the needs of the local labour market, the inadequacy of social activation support to the expectations of the group, the low level of active citizenship in the implementation of bottom-up initiatives and local leaders. The main objective of the project is to: To improve, by 30.06.2023, the social activity of the 862 inhabitants of Bydgoszcz (431 women and 431 men) in the catchment area of the Bydgoszcz District Association of Bydgoszcz. The project will support the 862 inhabitants of Bydgoszcz (431 women and 431 men) in the Local Development Strategy for social inclusion, including 812 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion (406 women and 406 men) and 50 people from the people living at risk of poverty or social exclusion by 30.06.2023. The project is designed to organise the selection and payment of grants under the specific objective 1.2. (1) Choice of grant projects — social activation measures; 2) Choice of grant projects — activities of community leaders or community makers and citizens. A total of 4 calls for grant projects are planned. This cost of reasonable accommodation has been taken into account. The execution of the tasks will contribute to the achievement of output and result indicators in line with the programme and those characteristic of the project. (English) | |||

Głównym problemem grupy docelowej jest wykluczenie społeczne. Z przeprowadzonej diagnozy obszaru objętego LSR , wynika, iż problemy z jakimi borykają się osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym na tym właśnie obszarze, to m.in. bezrobocie oraz subiektywne odczucie małej liczby miejsc pracy w związku z niedostosowaniem kwalifikacji zawodowych do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy, niedostosowanie wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej do oczekiwań grupy, niski poziom aktywności obywatelskiej w zakresie realizacji oddolnych inicjatyw i aktywności liderów lokalnych. Głównym celem projektu jest: Poprawa,do 30.06.2023 r., aktywności społecznej 862 mieszkańców Miasta Bydgoszczy (431 kobiet i 431 mężczyzn) na terenie objętym LSR Stowarzyszenia Bydgoska Lokalna Grupa Działania „Dwie Rzeki” . W ramach projektu zaplanowano wsparcie do 30.06.2023 r. 862 mieszkańców Miasta Bydgoszczy (431 kobiet i 431 mężczyzn), objętych Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju, w zakresie włączenia społecznego, w tym 812 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (406 kobiet i 406 mężczyzn) oraz 50 osób z otoczenia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. W ramach projektu zaplanowane jest przeprowadzenie naboru i wypłacenie grantów w ramach celu szczegółowego 1.2. co ujęte zostało z 2 zadaniach merytorycznych: 1) Wybór projektów objętych grantem - działania w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej ; 2)Wybór projektów objętych grantem - działania liderów lub animatorów społeczności lokalnej oraz obywatelskie. Zaplanowano łącznie 4 nabory projektów objętych grantem. Uwzględniono w tym koszty racjonalnych usprawnień. Realizacja zadań przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźników produktu i wskaźników rezultatu zgodnych z programem oraz tych charakterystycznych dla projektu. (Polish)
