The state of lack of competence will be based on a reference to the courses and the ones to be verified (based on tests at the courses and the tests). Courses based on the implementation of the MWP.proposal’s diagnosis in the context of the resolution of deficits. It will implement a novel training programme for those diagnosed with deficits, provide care and deliver new tasks.Sale, materials and the programme will be adapted to the opportunities of children (including gender), especially the disabled and diagnosed with a shortage. W projekcie zostanie utworzone 20 nowych miejsc w niepubl. przedszkoluMagic Nursery w Polkowicach (10 dla kobiet),w tym dla2 os.z niepełnos.b)wprowadzenie dla 20 dzieci-10K, 2os.niepełnos. dodatkowych zajęć rozw. komp. społ.-emocjonalne, tj. kształtujące długotrwałe szanse edukac i zmniejsz.zdiagnoz.deficyty w gminie (na podst.ankiety,06.2016).c)podniesienie komp. i wiedzy4 n-li w zakr., które po zakoń. proj. pozwolą im samodzielnie prowadzić zaj. wskazane w punkcie b.OWP przed zakwalifik. NAUCZ. na kursy zbada ich kompet. - stwierdzony stan braku kompet. będzie podstawą skierow. na kursy i nastepnie weryfik.podn.kompetencji (na podstawie testów po kursach i przeprow.egzaminie).
