The project entitled: ‘Construction of a cycling path at ul. The railway and national road No 62 in Brest will be implemented in the municipality of Brześć Kujawski, Wrocław District, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province. It results from an analysis of the socio-economic needs of the region, including the need to ensure road safety and a willingness to promote and low-carbon strategies. The scope of the project involves the construction of a cycle path for railway street and national road No 62 on plots of land No 83/5, 83/6, 83/7, 83/8, 83/10, within the registry of the City of Brześć Kujawski II and on a plot of land with registration number 87, within the registry of the head of Parcel, Mr Brzeski Kujawski. The project has been divided into sections A and B. The sections have been divided into sections of the cycle path designed by the GDDKiA in connection with the construction of a junction. Section A with a length of time 318.93 m and section B with the length of length 907.43 m, total length 1.23 km. The planned cycle path is a continuation of the activities of the development of cycle paths and low-emission transport within the municipality of Brest, i.e. tasks in accordance with the PGN for the municipality of Brześć Kujawski, and is included in the Strategy for the Development of the Strategic Intervention Area for the city of Włocławek and the area functionally linked to it in the list of basic projects. Projekt pn. „Budowa ścieżki rowerowej przy ul. Kolejowej i drodze krajowej Nr 62 w Brześciu Kujawskim” realizowany będzie w Gminie Brześć Kujawski, powiat włocławski, województwo kujawsko-pomorskie. Wynika on z analizy potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych regionu, w tym konieczności zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa na drogach i chęci promowania i strategii niskoemisyjnych. Zakres projektu obejmuje budowę ścieżki rowerowej przy ulicy Kolejowej i drodze krajowej Nr 62 na działkach o nr ewidencyjnych 83/5, 83/6, 83/7, 83/8, 83/10, w obrębie ewidencyjnym Miasto Brześć Kujawski II oraz na działce o nr ewidencyjnym 87, w obrębie ewidencyjnym Stary Brześć Parcele, gm. Brześć Kujawski. Projekt ze względu na długość został podzielony na odcinki A i B. Odcinki zostały rozdzielone fragmentem ścieżki rowerowej zaprojektowanej przez GDDKiA w związku z przebudową skrzyżowania. Odcinek A o dł. 318,93 m i odcinek B o dł. 907,43 m, dają ogółem dł. 1,23km. Planowana ścieżka rowerowa stanowi kontynuację działań z zakresu rozwoju ścieżek rowerowych i transportu niskoemisyjnego realizowanych na terenie Gminy Brześć Kujawski, tj. zadań zgodnych z PGN dla Gminy Brześć Kujawski, i została ujęta w Strategii rozwoju Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji dla miasta Włocławek oraz obszaru powiązanego z nim funkcjonalnie na liście projektów podstawowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu oraz pozostałych zamierzeń inwestycyjnych zostanie docelowo utworzony rowerowy ciąg komunikacyjny od miejscowości Kąty do miejscowości Pikutkowo o łącznej długości ok. 5,03km.Przeprowadzenie inwestycji jest zgodne z założeniami zrównoważonego rozwoju i wywiera pozytywny wpływ na jego wszystkie trzy aspekty: środowisko naturalne, gospodarkę i aspekt społeczny.Całkowita wartość projektu: 714 425,27 złKwota wydatków kwalifikowalnych: 714 425,27 zł, w tym:- dofinansowanie ze środków Unii Europejskiej (EFRR) - 607 261,47 zł (85%)- wkład własny - 107 163,80 zł (15% - budżet JST).Zakończenie realizacji inwestycji - 30.08.2019r.
