A project to support the return to work after the birth and upbringing of children is a response to parents who are unable to return to the labour market as a result of the impossibility of securing alternative care. With the implementation of the project, 24 parents will be able to work or gain additional skills that will help them find employment. The project will contribute to a return to the working lives of the parents/guardians of children up to the 3s by improving access to care, which will in turn have a positive impact on their professional and material situation.     Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie Klubu Dziecięcego „Maluszek”, który zapewni opiekę dzieciom do lat 3. Aktualnie na terenie gminy Karpacz, Mysłakowice, Podgórzyn nie funkcjonuje żaden żłobek ani klub dziecięcy zapewniający opiekę nad najmłodszymi dziećmi. Klub Dziecięcy ma powstać przy Przedszkolu Niepublicznym w Karpaczu, przewiduje się utworzenie 22 miejsc dla dzieci. Klub Dziecięcy „Maluszek” ma wyróżniać się przede wszystkim własną kuchnią oraz dużym ogrodem. Zajęcia w placówce mają być dostosowane do wieku dzieci i ich rozwoju psycho-ruchowego, a także prowadzone przezwykwalifikowaną kadrę pedagogiczną. Dzieci niepełnosprawne otrzymają pomoc nauczycieli: logopedy i oligofrenopedagogika . Projekt przewiduje również zatrudnienie niani dla najbardziej potrzebujących w tym osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt wspierający powrót do pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem i wychowywaniem dzieci jest odpowiedzią na trudną sytuację rodziców, którzy w wyniku braku możliwości zabezpieczenia alternatywnej formy opieki nad dzieckiem, nie są w stanie powrócić na rynek pracy. Dzięki realizacji projektu 24 rodziców będzie mogło podjąć pracę lub uzyskać dodatkowe kwalifikacje, które pomogą im znaleźć zatrudnienie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do powrotu do aktywności zawodowej rodziców/ opiekunów dzieci do lat 3 poprzez poprawę dostępu do opieki nad nimi, co z kolei pozytywnie wpłynie na ich sytuację zawodową i materialną.
