Action plans. Other forms of support:• group psychological and advisory workshops supporting social activation of UP• Training/courses covered by the training scholarship, defined according to the needs arising from IPDs, the implementation of which will be preceded by consultation and acceptance of training programmes and planned learning outcomes by the employers concerned (and/or their organisations),• paid four months’ professional experience in order to increase the practical skills of up to the inactive people described in the diagnosis. each of the participants will be able to benefit from a comprehensive pathway to find a job or to return to a career path, in accordance with the indicators set out in point C3 of the proposal, which in the long term should also result in their exit from the inactive group. Projekt jest skierowany do 45 osób biernych zawodowo, powyżej 29 roku życia z obszaru województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego (osób fizycznych zamieszk. na obszarze województwa w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), w szczególności do: -osób powyżej 50 roku życia, z niepełnosprawnościami, o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiet.Wsparcie udzielone uczestnikom projektu będzie dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb wynikających z ich aktualnego stanu wiedzy, doświadczenia, zdolności i predyspozycji do wykonywania danego zawodu, zdiagnozowanych u każdego uczestnika w I etapie realizacji projektu.W ramach projektu każdy Uczestnik projektu (UP) skorzysta z różnorodnych form wsparcia:Pierwsze działanie, obligatoryjne dla wszystkich UP - diagnoza potrzeb pozwalająca przygotować określoną ścieżkę kariery i sporządzić Indywid. Plany Działania. Pozostałe formy wsparcia:• grupowe warsztaty psychologiczno-doradcze, wspierające aktywizację społeczną UP • szkolenia/kursy objęte stypendium szkoleniowym określone zgodnie z potrzebami wynikającymi z IPD, których realizacja będzie poprzedzona konsultacjami i akceptacją programów szkolenia i planowanych efektów kształcenia przez zainteresowanych pracodawców (i/lub ich organizacje), • płatne czteromiesięczne staże zawodowe, które pozwolą zwiększyć umiejętności praktyczne UP• pośrednictwo pracy realizowane od momentu ukończenia wsparcia motywacyjno-psychologicznego, w celu zwiększania szans uczestników i monitorowania rynku pracy.Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie mają na celu zniwelowanie trudnej, często wieloprzyczynowej sytuacji oddalenia od rynku pracy osób biernych zawodowo, opisanej w diagnozie.Każdy z uczestników będzie miał możliwość skorzystania z indywidualnej i kompleksowej ścieżki wsparcia, co pozwoli projektu znaleźć pracę lub powrócić na ścieżkę aktywności zawodowej, zgodnie z wskaźnikami określonymi w pkt C3 wniosku, co w dłuższej perspektywie powinno również zaowocować ich wyjściem z grupy osób biernych zawodowo.
