OŚRODEK DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO BHP EKSPERT BARTŁOMIEJ DAROSZEWSKI

Projekt skierowany jest do 60 biernych zawodowo osób po 29 r.ż. Połowę z nich stanowią osoby po 50 roku życia. Osoby te zamieszkują powiaty: aleksandrowski, radziejowski, lipnowski, toruński, włocławski, rypiński. Wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają wsparcie w postaci pomocy doradczej polegającej na opracowaniu IPD, doradztwie edukacyjno-zawodowym. Wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają także wsparcie w postaci pośrednictwa pracy (funkcjonować będzie Biuro Aktywizacji Zawodowej). Każdy z uczestników projektu przejdzie także kurs zawodowy w ramach którego zdobędzie kwalifikacje i kompetencje, których oczekują pracodawcy (wnioskodawca zdiagnozował i posiada potwierdzenie od szeregu przedsiębiorców). Ponadto 40 osób będzie miało możliwość ukończyć 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe, a 5 osób otrzyma dodatek relokacyjny. (Polish)
