A project implemented by the Lead Partner and the Partners under the Partnership Contract. The project will be managed by an external body selected by the lead partner. The project will be implemented by the Project Team: The Applicant’s representative on the representation of the Partnership; Management and Management Officer, Investment Supervision Inspector: within the scope of the Construction Law Act; Contract Engineer, concerning the substantive implementation of the project under ROP WD 2016-20. The project aims to improve air quality in the commune of Świebodzice, by reducing atmospheric pollution and increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings located at ul. Chamois (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (11), (14), (15), (21) in the Świebodach. Specific objectives: 1. The efficient use of thermal energy; 2. A reduction in the cost of heating housing; 3. Improving the conditions for the use of residential buildings. The target group of the project is the residents of Świebodzac, people living in multi-apartment residential buildings that are subject to thermal modernisation within the project. The project consists of a comprehensive energy modernisation of multi-family residential buildings located at ul. Chamois (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (11), (14), (15), (21) in the Świebodach. Educational activities consist of the inclusion of members of the communities in the decision-making process, the entry into the competition and the partnership. During the meetings of the Communities, the manager justified the need to implement the investment, due to, inter alia, the state of the energy intensity of the property and the problem of increased heat consumption to the heating of the property. Training of the permanently employed persons, e.g. from thermostatic valves, will provide the Contractor with an indication of the ecological value. In addition, they will be placed in a prominent position during the lifetime of the project in the part of the joint information plate of each building with the environmental impact of the project (on indicators). Projekt realizowany w ramach umowy partnerskiej przez Partnera Wiodącego i Partnerów. Zarządzanie Projektem będzie powierzone zewnętrznemu podmiotowi, który zostanie wybrany przez Partnera wiodącego. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Zespół Projektu: Przedstawiciel Wnioskodawcy, w zakresie reprezentacji Partnerstwa; Przedstawiciel Zarządcy – w zakresie administrowania i zarządzania, Inspektor Nadzoru Inwestycyjnego: w zakresie ustawy Prawo budowlane; Inżynier Kontraktu, w zakresie merytorycznej realizacji projektu w ramach RPO WD 2016-20. Celem projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Świebodzice, poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków położonych przy ul. Zamkowej nr 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 14, 15, 21 w Świebodzicach. Cele szczegółowe: 1. Efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej; 2. Obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania budynków mieszkalnych; 3. Poprawa warunków użytkowania budynków mieszkalnych. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy Świebodzic, osoby zamieszkujące budynki mieszkalne wielorodzinne objęte termomodernizacją w ramach projektu. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych, położonych przy ul. Zamkowej nr 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 14, 15, 21 w Świebodzicach. Działania edukacyjne polegają na włączeniu członków wspólnot w proces decyzyjny, o przystąpieniu do konkursu i partnerstwa. Podczas spotkań Wspólnot – Zarządca uzasadnił potrzebę realizacji inwestycji, ze względu na m.in. stan energochłonności nieruchomości i problem większego zużycia energii cieplnej do ogrzania nieruchomości. Przeszkolenie osób stale korzystających, np. z zaworów termostatycznych zapewni Wykonawca, wskazując na walor ekologiczny. Dodatkowo, zostaną umieszczone na okres trwałości projektu w widocznym miejscu w części wspólnej każdego budynku tablice informacyjne o osiągniętym przez projekt efekcie ekologicznym (odnośnie wskaźników).
