The purpose of this project is to construct a demonstration building with significantly increased performance parameters — an inclusive pre-school with a crèche division in Strzelomiu. It is planned to be implemented on the ground. Kościuszki 51, at the site of demolition of the existing building area of 4, in the area of Krzyżowa Góra AM-2, up to a total of 0.9768 ha of the plot No 1219. The proposed building will have a usable area of 1 941.34 m². The project will run from 05.05.2014 to 04.12.2018 by municipalities. The target group is all the users of the nursery school infrastructure with the nursery branch, i.e., teachers, parents, administrative staff, as well as residents of the municipality of Strzgom. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Strzgom by means of the construction of a demonstration building exceeding the requirements for public buildings that will apply from 1 January 2021, as laid down in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (i.e.: Dz. U. 2015, item EUR 1422). In order to reach such assumptions, the implementation of this project has been divided into tasks such as: 1.Preparation of technical documentation, energy audit, feasibility study 2. Przedmiotem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest budowa budynku demonstracyjnego o znacznie podwyższonych parametrach charakterystyki energetycznej – przedszkola integracyjnego z oddziałem żłobkowym w Strzegomiu. Jego realizację zaplanowano na terenie ul. Kościuszki 51, w miejscu rozbiórki istniejącego budynku Przedszkola nr 4, w obrębie Krzyżowej Góry AM-2, w granicach działki oznaczonej nr 1219 o powierzchni całkowitej 0,9768 ha. Projektowany budynek będzie miał powierzchnię użytkową 1941,34 m2. Projekt będzie realizowany od 05.05.2014 r. do 04.12.2018 r. przez Gminę Strzegom. Grupą docelową są wszyscy użytkownicy infrastruktury przedszkola z oddziałem żłobkowym tj. wychowankowie, nauczyciele, rodzice, kadra administracyjna, a także mieszkańcy gminy Strzegom. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Strzegom poprzez budowę budynku demonstracyjnego, przekraczającego wymagania dla budynków użyteczności publicznej, które będą obowiązywały od 1 stycznia 2021r., określonych w rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 12 kwietnia 2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie (tj. Dz. U. 2015, poz. 1422). Aby możliwe było osiągnięcie tak przyjętych założeń, realizacja niniejszego projektu została podzielona na takie zadania, jak: 1.Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej, audytu energetycznego, studium wykonalności 2.
