This project consists of the implementation by the Applicant of an innovative eye testing service using DAT technology (‘DAT’). Direct Astigtic Test) using state of the art ICT solutions as a result of the project’s purchase of fixed assets and tap. The implementation of the project is based on the creation of a dedicated new branch for this purpose in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province. By implementing the project, it will be possible to implement both the results of the R & D and the placing on the market of an innovative visual testing service. An innovative technical consultancy service will be provided to verify the correctness of the performance of the lenses. The project will increase the competitiveness of the Applicant, increase its revenues and increase the innovativeness of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province and innovation in the ophthalmic and ophthalmic industry. The project will also create new jobs. The target audience of the project will be the users of spectacles and glasses (corrective but also for example, sunglasses or lens changing lens). The general scope of the action is: — first, the purchase of a patent application relating to ways of detecting defects in the optical system, — the purchase of a system in a database and a web interface for the collection of data; — purchase of equipment for the DAT study; — the purchase of a system enabling the statistical analysis of patient data collected and the results of the study. the purchase of the above purchases will enable the project to be carried out and will enable the Applicant to implement the DAT innovation service.     Niniejszy projekt polega na wdrożeniu przez Wnioskodawcę innowacyjnej w skali świata usługi badania wzroku przy wykorzystaniu technologii DAT (ang. Direct Astigmatic Test) wykorzystując najnowocześniejsze rozwiązania z zakresu ICT co będzie możliwe dzięki dokonanym w ramach projektu zakupom środków trwałych i WNiP. Realizacja projektu opiera się na stworzeniu dedykowanego do tego celu nowego oddziału w woj. kujawsko – pomorskim. Dzięki realizacji projektu możliwe będzie zarówno wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych jaki i wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnej usługi badania wzroku. Świadczona będzie innowacyjna usługa doradztwa technicznego w zakresie weryfikacji poprawności wykonania soczewek. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie konkurencyjność Wnioskodawcy, zwiększą się jego przychody a także wzrośnie innowacyjność województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego i innowacyjność w branży optyczno-okulistycznej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się również do stworzenia nowych miejsc pracy. Odbiorcą docelowym projektu będą użytkownicy okularów i soczewek (korekcyjnych, ale też np. okularów słonecznych czy soczewek zmieniających kolor oczu). Ogólny zakres działań to:- w pierwszej kolejności zakup zgłoszenia patentowego dotyczącego sposobów wykrywania wad układu optycznego,- zakup systemu do bazy danych oraz interfejsu www do gromadzenia danych, - zakup urządzeń do prowadzenia badania DAT,- zakup systemu umożliwiającego statystyczną analizę zgromadzonych danych o pacjentach i wynikach testu.Dokonanie powyższych zakupów pozwoli na realizację projektu i umożliwi wdrożenie do działalności Wnioskodawcy innowacyjnej usługi DAT.
