The purpose of the project is to set up a polypropylene waste recycling centre for polypropylene with an indication of the bags of a bg-tank equipped with the necessary physical assets (R & D facilities in the form of R & D infrastructure, together with the research apparatus and the construction of a Centre for Research and Development) to carry out research on the recycling of polypropylene waste, which comes mainly from big-tank bags. EU funding will make it possible to significantly increase and develop the potential R & D potential of the Applicant. The purchase of R & D infrastructure will make it possible to carry out a number of R & D on the recycling of polyolefin waste. Project implementation during the lifetime will result in product and product innovation resulting in the development of polypropylene waste, obtaining a product with the increased strength (s) of strength, while maintaining the correct technological characteristics, obtaining a new product in the form of higher purity regranate (purified in a way that is generally better cleaned than before, using new treatment methods) of aseptic capacity and a capacity container. 10 l for the storage of emulsion paints (the aseptic raw material will influence the enhanced aseptic capacity of the finished product). The essence of product innovation is the offer to the market of ‘clean’ quality regrands of the PP obtained from the big-tank bags and composites on the basis of PP regranulate. The product innovation will be the result of the breakthrough innovation of the Research Agenda, in particular with regard to the recycling process of the products of polypropylene, thereby reducing the pollution from the PP.Operations of the Research and Development Centre is to be based on the implementation of R & D technology in the field of recovery of the material that is used in the waste material and, ultimately, the R & D centre is to specialise in the research and processing of polypropylene waste. Celem realizacji projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego Recyklingu Odpadów Polipropylenowych ze wskazaniem na worki Big-Bag wyposażonego w niezbędne środki trwałe (zaplecze B+R w postaci infrastruktury B+R wraz z aparaturą naukowo-badawczą oraz budowa obiektu Centrum Badań i Rozwoju) do prowadzenia prac badawczych w zakresie recyklingu odpadów polipropylenowych, pochodzących głównie z worków big-bag. Finansowanie ze środków UE umożliwi w sposób znaczący zwiększenie i rozwój dotychczasowego potencjału B+R Wnioskodawcy. Zakup infrastruktury B+R umożliwi przeprowadzenie szeregu prac B+R w zakresie recyklingu odpadów poliolefinowych. Rezultatem realizacji projektu w okresie trwałości będzie innowacja produktowa i procesowa powodująca zagospodarowanie odpadu polipropylenowego, uzyskanie wyrobu o zwiększonych właściwościach wytrzymałościowych, przy zachowaniu prawidłowych właściwościach technologicznych, otrzymanie nowego wyrobu w postaci regranulatu o podwyższonym stopniu czystości (oczyszczonego w sposób zasadniczo lepszy niż dotychczas, z wykorzystaniem nowych metod oczyszczania) o zdolnościach aseptycznych oraz pojemnika o poj. 10 l przeznaczonego do przechowywania farb emulsyjnych (aseptyczność surowca będzie wpływać na podwyższone zdolności aseptyczne produktu finalnego). Istota innowacji produktowej polega na zaoferowaniu na rynku „czystych” jakościowo regranulatów PP pozyskanych z worków Big-Bag oraz kompozytów na bazie regranulatu PP. Innowacyjność produktowa będzie efektem wytworzonej w trakcie realizacji Agendy Badawczej przełomowej innowacji procesowej, zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do procesu recyklingu wyrobów z polipropylenu, co pozwoli to obniżyć ilość zanieczyszczeń z PP.Działalność Centrum Badań i Rozwoju ma się opierać na realizowaniu prac B+R w zakresie technologii odzyskiwania potencjału materiałowego, jaki tkwi w materiałach odpadowych, a docelowo Centrum B+R ma się specjalizować w badaniach oraz przetwórstwie odpadów polipropylenowych.
