Under contract BOU/3a/11 of 3 January 2011, concluded between the UMWD and the BOU, the Office is required to support the Office to operate, inter alia, the supply of office supplies, consumables for printing and copying equipment, supply of equipment and office equipment, the conclusion of leases, leases, supplies in foodstuffs, provision for the carriage of UMWD staff, the provision of catering services, the publication of press advertisements, including advertising and other tasks commissioned by the UMWD as part of the implementation of ROP LS tasks. The aim of the project under Priority 11 is to provide the necessary human resources and conditions to ensure the smooth running of the institution, which is in line with the provisions of the programming documents. The implementation of the project will strengthen the administrative capacity by giving the UMWD workers the appropriate conditions for the smooth running of the institutions to purchase, inter alia, office supplies and equipment. However, through the purchase of literature and expertise, training will contribute to the development and professionalisation of human resources, etc. The project provides for the provision of office space for the implementation of ROPs, which is in line with the provisions of the programming documents, inter alia. Na podstawie umowy BOU/3a/11 z dnia 3 stycznia 2011 r., zawartej między UMWD a BOU, Biuro zobowiązane jest do prowadzenia obsługi Urzędu polegającej na m.in. zaopatrzeniu w materiały biurowe, materiały eksploatacyjne do urządzeń drukujących i kopiujących, zaopatrzenia w wyposażenie i urządzenia biurowe, zawieranie umów najmu, dzierżawy, zaopatrzenia w artykuły spożywcze, zapewnienie przewozu pracowników UMWD, zabezpieczenia gastronomicznego, publikacji ogłoszeń prasowych, w tym reklam oraz inne zadania zlecone przez UMWD w ramach realizacji zadań związanych z RPO WD. Dążeniem projektu realizowanego w ramach Priorytetu 11 jest zapewnienie niezbędnych zasobów ludzkich oraz warunków zapewniających sprawne działanie instytucji, co jest zgodne z zapisami dokumentów programowych. Realizacja projektu wzmocni potencjał administracyjny przez zapewnienie pracownikom UMWD realizującym zadania związane z RPO odpowiednich warunków umożliwiających sprawne działanie instytucji w zakresie zakupu m. in. materiałów biurowych i wyposażenia. Natomiast przez zakup literatury fachowej i pomocy dydaktycznych, szkoleń przyczyni się do rozwoju i profesjonalizacji zasobów kadrowych etc. W ramach projektu przewidziane jest zapewnienie powierzchni biurowych przeznaczonych na realizację zadań związanych z obsługą RPO, co jest zgodne z zapisami dokumentów programowych, m. in.
