The purpose of the investment is to heat the existing dwellings so far heated by the coal boiler and furnaces at ul. Kiliński, Kochanowski, bold, Workers’ ancestors, Piastowska, Bogatyni. Bogatynia is an area with above-average PM10 levels. In the framework of the investment, 37 real estate will be connected to the energy efficient district heating system and 52 solid fuel fired furnaces will be decommissioned. As a result of the project, the demand for heat output will increase by 1.0272 MW and the estimated heat sales to the new customers are 6163 GJ. In the results of the closure of low legal heat sources and the connection of plants to the efficient energy system, the planned primary energy savings will be 4483,5 GJ/year. The environmental effect of the project will be to reduce CO2 emissions by 939 tonnes/year (53 %) and reduce the emissions of PM10 1,71 tonnes (100 %). The project covers the construction of district heating networks and connections for a length of 1 362.10 m. the network will be up to the existing district heating bus 2xDN300 and feed the individual district heating hubs. The district heating network is designed as an isolated, underground network outside of a section of the passage over a watercourse at a crossroads at ul. Kiliński. The network location is designed on the parcels of the municipality of Bogatynia and in the plots of private buildings connected to the network. The district heating network is designed in a self-offsetting system. The plan’s network breakdown has been used to compensate for extensions of pre-insulated heat networks. A significant part of the plants to be connected is already equipped with internal installations. In the remaining facilities, the installations will be constructed by property owners who have signed initial contract for connection to a district heating network within one year from the date of completion of the investment. Celem inwestycji jest uciepłownienie istniejących budynków mieszkalnych dotychczas ogrzewanych miejscowo z kotłowni węglowych i pieców przy ul. Kilińskiego, Kochanowskiego, Śmiałej, Przodowników Pracy, Piastowskiej w Bogatyni. Bogatynia jest obszarem na którym występują ponadnormatywne poziomy stężenia PM10. W ramach inwestycji do efektywnie energetycznego systemu cieplnego ciepłowniczej zostanie podłączonych 37 nieruchomości i zlikwidowane zostaną 52 piece opalane paliwem stałym. W wyniku realizacji Projektu zapotrzebowanie na moc cieplną wzrośnie o 1,0272 MW, a szacowana sprzedaż ciepła do nowopodłączonych odbiorców wynosi 6163 GJ. W wyniki likwidacji niskosprawnych źródeł ciepła i podłączenie obiektów do systemu efektywnie energetycznego, planowana oszczędność energii pierwotnej będzie wynosić 4483,5 GJ/rok. Efektem ekologicznym projektu będzie redukcja emisji CO2 o 939 Mg/rok (53%) i redukcja emisji PM10 1,71 Mg (100%). Zakres przedmiotowy projektu obejmuje budowę sieci ciepłowniczych i przyłączy o długości 1362,10 m. Sieć zostanie wpięta do istniejącej magistrali ciepłowniczej 2xDN300 i zasilać będzie indywidualne węzły ciepłownicze w poszczególnych budynkach. Sieć ciepłownicza projektowana jest jako sieć preizolowana, podziemna poza odcinkiem przejścia nad ciekiem Ślad w skrzyżowaniu z ul. Kilińskiego. Lokalizacja sieci projektowana jest w działkach Gminy Bogatynia oraz w działkach prywatnych budynków podłączonych do sieci. Sieć ciepłowniczą zaprojektowano w systemie samokompensacji. Do kompensacji wydłużeń sieci cieplnej preizolowanej wykorzystano jej załamania w planie wynikające ze sposobu prowadzenia sieci. Znaczna cześć obiektów planowanych do podłączenia jest już wyposażona w instalacje wewnętrzne. W pozostałych obiektach instalacje zostaną wykonane przez właścicieli nieruchomości, którzy podpisali umowy wstępne o przyłączeniu do sieci ciepłowniczej w ciągu roku od daty zakończenia inwestycji.
