The subject of the project “Demersal DZISIAJ STARTUJEMY”, implemented by the municipality of Kostronomers, from 1.X.2018 to 29.VI.2019, is to ensure equal access to quality educational activities for the 88 pupils/pupils (UCZ) of the Primary School (SP) in Mizkov and SP in Karczyce (. natural or natural sciences, i.e. foreign, ICT, as well as to the right attitudes 45 (18 from SP in Karczyce and 27 from SP in Mieszków) of girls and 43 (23 from SP in Karczyce and 20 from SP in Mieszków) to boys (CH), which will translate into their future success on the labour market. Support will be given to UIP and to the difficulties encountered in meeting the requirements of the programme and in controlling his emotions. It is assumed that 1 UCZ may participate in several types of activities. the development of competences adequate to the needs of the labour market will also be the result of educational advisory and training for all participants, as well as educational and training activities for UCZ, with difficulties. The improvement of the key competence will be facilitated by the use of the POINT partner. With an innovative proj. POKL portal for educational advisory services. (www.eipd.pl) and the practical use of knowledge (educator tours, business trips). Important for the increase of the skills. ICT UP and other UCZ will be equipped with the equipment of computers in both SPs. The need for support for both establishments is due to the diagnosis of deficit areas. The analysis made by the staff will also exclude the possibility of an outdated ICT base. The diagnosis of needs and deficits has been approved by the lead authority. The support will be complementary to similar activities in schools to start in order and will not reduce funding for similar activities from 12 months earlier. Przedmiotem projektu „DZISIAJ STARTUJEMY W PRZYSZŁOŚĆ” realizowanego przez gminę Kostomłoty od 1.X.2018 r. do 29.VI.2019 r. jest zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości działań edukacyjnych 88 uczniom/uczennicom (UCZ) Szkoły Podstawowej (SP) w Mieczkowie i SP w Karczycach (t. wiejski- kryt. premiuj.), które ma doprowadzić do podnies. kompetencji klucz. w zakresie: nauk matem.-przyrodn., j. obcych,TIK a także do właściwych postaw 45 (18 ze SP w Karczycach i 27 ze SP w Mieczkowie) dziewczynek(DZ) i 43 (23 ze SP w Karczycach i 20 ze SP w Mieczkowie) chłopców(CH), co przełoży się na ich przyszły sukces na rynku pracy. Wsparcie obejmie UCZ uzdoln. a także mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań podst. program. i w kontrolowaniu emocji. Zakłada się, że 1 UCZ może uczestniczyć w kilku rodzajach zajęć.Rozwój kompetencji adekwatnych do potrzeb rynku pracy będzie także rezultatem doradztwa edukac.-zawod. dla wszystkich uczestn. oraz zajęć psychoedukacyjnych dla UCZ z trudnościami. Podniesieniu kompet. klucz. sprzyjać będzie wykorzystanie wypracow. przez partnera POINT SP. Z O.O. w ramach innowacyjnego proj. POKL portalu do doradztwa edukac.-zawod. (www.eipd.pl) a także kontakt młodzieży z praktycznym wykorzyst. wiedzy (wycieczki eduk., spotkania z przedsięb.). Duże znaczenie dla wzrostu kompet. TIK UP i innych UCZ będzie miało wyposażenie pracowni komputerowych w obu SP w komput. miejsce przestarz. sprzętu. Potrzeba wsparcia dla obu placówek wynika z diagnoz obszarów deficytowych kompet. klucz. i przyczyn osiągania przez UCZ wyników, w części słabszych niż śr. wojewódzka, w części na przeciętnym, niezadawalaj. szkoły poziomie. Analiza, dokonana przez kadrę wyklucz.także możliwości przestarzałej bazy TIK. Diagnozy potrzeb i deficytów zatwierdził je organ prowadzący. Wsparcie proj. będzie uzupełnieniem podobnych działań w szkołach do rozpoczęcia proj. i nie zmniejszy nakładów na podobne działania z 12 mies. wcześniej.
