Spółka powołana została do realizacji projektów inwestycyjnych. Spółka Seneca zamierza wejść na rynek deweloperski oraz energetyczny. Dokonała już prac przygotowawczych dokumentacyjnych w ww. obszarach, w związku z czym można uznać, że jest przedsiębiorstwem energetycznym. Posiada odpowiednie PKD oraz zasoby do realizacji projektu. Firma pozyskała pozwolenie na budowę, w ramach którego zawarte są komponenty inwestycyjne związane z projektem. Projekt jest rezultatem analiz i poszukiwania najbardziej efektywnych ekologicznie i ekonomicznie technologii, które można zastosować w planowanym do realizacji budynku jednorodzinnym, który firma będzie w przyszłości wynajmować. Projekt uzyskał pozwolenie na budowę w styczniu 2016 r. i jest gotowy do realizacji. Firma posiada zabezpieczone środki na rachunkach bankowych, które umożliwią płynną realizację projektu. W ramach projektu Firma zamierza również zainstalować na dachu budynku elektrownie fotowoltaiczną o mocy 12,43 kWp oraz pompę ciepła o mocy 17 kW. Prace będą wymagały robót budowalnych w ramach odwiertów i prac ziemnych. Celem projektu jest rozpoczęcie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w Spółce Seneca.
