The objectives of the project are to increase the competences of the donor.participating in higher education to the economy, the labour market and the society, to increase the quality and efficiency of training in doctoral candidates from Poland, as well as to international training programmes for students from Poland, and to foreign students raising human resources and supporting organisational changes in higher education and/or higher education; new and specific courses will be created in the environment, including in English. Foreign lecturers will be invited to carry out their activities. Existing education programmes will be adapted to meet the current needs of the social partners through the introduction of new subjects or modifications of the way they are implemented to date. students will be equipped with the power to facilitate the entry into the labour market through participation in certified vocational and language training courses, in workshops which provide vocational and social skills, joint classes with employers and study visits. The specialist staff will increase the competence of dyd. pby hand through dedicated training courses and teaching, language, IT and/or IT services which help to improve the quality of the form offered. for the smooth functioning of Ucadice, the high level of competence of administrative staff is around AGH employed. 2000. Training is planned for staff performing administrative functions in management, finance, law, public procurement and language training. ZPR AGH provides for modernisation of the IT infrastructure in order to ensure that its functionality is aligned with the effective management of university education for all types of IT. 40 000 students years.The objectives of the project and the planned activities are aimed at achieving the objectives of the POWER and are fit for purpose. 3.5. Do prowadzenia zajęć zostaną zaproszeni wykładowcy zagraniczni. Realizowane programy kształcenia zostaną dost.do aktualnych potrzeb społ-gosp. przez wprowadzenie nowych przedmiotów lub modyfikację sposobu realizacji dotychczasowych.Studenci zostaną wyposażeni w kompetencje ułatwiające wejście na rynek pracy przez udział w certyfikowanych szkoleniach zawodowych i językowych, zajęciach warsztatowych kształcących kompetencje zawodowe i społeczne, wspólnych zajęciach z pracodawcami oraz wizytach studyjnych.Zapoznaniu się z rynkiem pracy będą służyły również zaplanowane staże zawodowe.Częścią ZPR AGH są działania skierowane do kadry dydaktycznej, w wyniku kt. Pracownicy dyd-naukowi podniosą kompetencje dyd. pprzez dedykowane szkolenia oraz staże dydaktyczne, językowe, informatyczne wpływające na poprawę jakości oferowanego kształcenia.Na sprawne funkcjonowanie Uczelni wpływają wysokie kompetencje pracowników administracyjnych, kt. na AGH zatrudnionych jest ok. 2000. Zaplanowano szkolenia dla pracowników pełniących funkcje administracyjne z obszaru zarządzania, finansów, prawa, zamówień publicznych oraz szkolenia językowe. ZPR AGH przewiduje unowocześnienie infrastruktury informatycznej Uczelni, tak by jej funkcjonalność była dostosowana do efektywnego zarządzania uczelnią kształcącą na studiach wszystkich typów ok. 40 000 studentów rocznie.Cele gł. proj. i zaplanowane działania służą realizacji celów POWER i wpisują się w realizację celów szcz.dz. 3.5.
