The main objective of the project: ‘Fitness — competence — satisfaction — high customer service quality in five JST from the Płocki and Gostyniński region’ is to modernise and improve the efficiency of service delivery processes and to improve customer service quality, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs, in five local authorities in the Płocki and Gostyniński region, within a period of 21 months of the project. The project leader is the Municipality of Płock and the District of Gostyniński, the City of Gostynin, the City and Gmina Gąbin and the Gmina Stara Biała. WW. The JST is the target group of the project together with 300 staff at the local government offices within the meaning of the paragraph of 21 November 2008 on local government staff. The project includes a number of actions to achieve the main objective, including: 1. Implementation of management solutions improving customer service quality and customer satisfaction, with a particular focus on business services in the area of taxation, local charges and real estate — task carried out by all partners. 2. The implementation of electronic tax and improvement systems in the area of local taxes and charges to electronics the process of service delivery and improve customer service quality — the need to carry out the task was diagnosed in the plant of Gostyniński and Miasto and Gąbin. 3. The development of a real estate management plan for the town of Płock. 4. The improvement of the competences of local staff through the implementation of training and postgraduate studies — a task carried out by all the partners. 5. Setting up points of confirmation of the trusted profile with the exception of Płock in the offices of the partners. The implementation of the project will allow the implementation at the members of the partnership of solutions improving the work of the business offices in the area of business tax treatment and in the area of property management. Głównym celem projektu pn. „Sprawność - kompetencja - satysfakcja - wysoka jakość obsługi klienta w pięciu JST z regionu płockiego i gostynińskiego” jest modernizacja i podniesienie efektywności procesów świadczenia usług oraz poprawa jakości obsługi klienta, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem przedsiębiorców, w pięciu jednostkach samorządu terytorialnego z regionu płockiego i gostynińskiego, w okresie 21 miesięcy realizacji projektu. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Miasto Płock, a partnerami Powiat Gostyniński, Miasto Gostynin, Miasto i Gmina Gąbin oraz Gmina Stara Biała. Ww. JST stanowią grupę docelową projektu wraz z 300 pracownikami zatrudnionymi w urzędach partnerów w rozumieniu ust. z dnia 21 listopada 2008 r. o pracownikach samorządowych. Projekt obejmuje szereg działań zmierzających do osiągnięcia celu głównego, w tym: 1. Wdrożenie rozwiązań zarządczych poprawiających jakość obsługi klienta i monitorowania satysfakcji klientów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obsługi przedsiębiorczy w obszarze podatków, opłat lokalnych i nieruchomości – zadanie realizowane przez wszystkich partnerów. 2. Wdrożenie systemów dziedzinowych i usprawnień elektronicznych w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych w celu elektronizacji procesu świadczenia usług i poprawy jakości obsługi klienta – potrzebę realizacji zadania zdiagnozowano w Powiecie Gostynińskim i Mieście i Gminie Gąbin. 3. Opracowanie planu gospodarowania nieruchomościami dla Gminy Miasta Płocka. 4. Doskonalenie kompetencji kadr samorządowych poprzez realizację szkoleń i studiów podyplomowych – zadanie realizowane przez wszystkich partnerów. 5. Uruchomienie w urzędach partnerów punktów potwierdzania profilu zaufanego, za wyjątkiem Płocka. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wdrożenie u członków partnerstwa rozwiązań usprawniających pracę urzędów w obszarze obsługi podatkowej przedsiębiorców oraz w obszarze zarządzania nieruchomościami.
