The project targets young people aged 15-29 from the Opolskie region with a low level of social competence requiring development from the perspective of labour market needs and requirements.The project will run from 01.03.2019 to 29.02.2020.10 persons will receive 200 months support (100 K and 100 M).According to the competition documentation, support for the project will consist of the development of social competences in accordance with the Recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council (2006/962/EC).In the framework of the planned activities, the participants will be supported after a positive preliminary verification (qualification) with support:mentors, peer mentors, psychologist.Participants will be participants in the Youth School of Youth, and will run the pro-social project.Participants will be given the opportunity to actively engage in voluntary activities and/or in the activities of non-governmental organisations.Participants will be prepared to stand and participate actively in existing Youth Councils, Scottish Governments.Participants with the support of the staff employed will prepare at the end of the draft conference conferences (on the basis of active methods such as the Oxford debate).The project will build on the experience of youth work partnerships and social activation of different demand groups.     Projekt skierowany jest do młodzieży w wieku 15 - 29 lat z terenu województwa opolskiego o niskich kompetencjach społecznych wymagających rozwoju z perspektywy potrzeb i wymogów rynku pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.03.2019 do 29.02.2020. W projekcie 10 miesięcznym wsparciem zostanie objętych 200 osób (100 K i 100 M). Zgodnie z dokumentacja konkursową wsparcie w projekcie będzie polegało na rozwoju kompetencji społecznych zgodnych z Zaleceniami Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (2006/962/WE). W ramach planowanych działań uczestnicy po pozytywnej weryfikacji wstępnej (zakwalifikowaniu się do projektu) zostaną objęci wsparciem: mentora, mentorów rówieśniczych, psychologa. Uczestnicy będą uczestnikami Szkoły Liderów Młodzieżowych, zrealizują projekt prospołeczny. Uczestnikom zostanie stworzona możliwość aktywnego zaangażowania się w wolontariat i/lub w działalność organizacji pozarządowych. Uczestnicy zostaną przygotowani do kandydowania i aktywnego uczestnictwa w istniejących Radach Młodzieżowych, Samorządach Szkolnych. Uczestnicy przy wsparciu zatrudnionego personelu przygotują na zakończenie projektu konferencje upowszechniającą (w oparciu o metody aktywne np. debata oksfordzka ). W realizacji projektu zostaną wykorzystane doświadczenia Partnerów z zakresu pracy z młodzieżą oraz aktywizacji społecznej rożnych grup odbiorczych. (Polish)
