Cybersecurity and data protection are identified as one of the key problems faced by contemporary organisations.The project responds to the problem of lack of access in Poland to a training offer with the transfer of knowledge of integrated cybersecurity management models with the transfer of knowledge of the transition methods of becoming an institution to model solutions.It aims to develop, on the basis of the German solution and the implementation of an innovative tool for strengthening the competences of the cybersecurity management of IRIS-CABERT, through transnational cooperation, on the basis of an innovative approach.The solution applied by the German TUV Hessen partner, and in particular the focus on providing the participants with knowledge of comprehensive cybersecurity management models, combined with the transfer of knowledge of the transformation methods described in the modelling of the state of play to the modelling solutions described in the course of the training of modelling solutions, is a major innovation of the market.In addition, the effective implementation of the security strategy is important in the existing German solution, highlighting in the course of training the problems related to the construction of an organisational culture in the direction to be desirable from the perspective of ensuring the resilience of corporate organisations to cyber-attack and the issue of a team working model.It is also envisaged to develop IT tools — e-system to support training management with the application. the solution will be implemented in 11 training companies across Poland, with a total of 539 direct support.— 22 coaches and 517 staff in corporate security, operational risk, compliance, audit, fraud prevention and internal investigations, and for IT and logistics, which, through support (77 training courses), will be able to increase the professional competence of the individual’s cybersecurity and to acquire knowledge and practices that are not available on the Polish market. Problem cyberbezpieczeństwa oraz ochrony danych jest traktowany jako jeden z kluczowych problemów przed którymi stoją współczesne organizacje. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problem braku dostępu w Polsce do oferty szkoleniowej z przekazaniem wiedzy o całościowych modelach zarządzania cyberbezpieczeństwem połączonej z przekazem wiedzy o metodach transformacji stanu zastanego cyberbezpieczeństwa instytucji do rozwiązań modelowych. Zakłada on wypracowanie w oparciu o rozwiązanie niemieckie i wdrożenie do praktyki innowacyjnego narzędzia zwiększenia kompetencji z zarządzania cyberbezpieczeństwem jednostki IRIS-CYBERBEZPIECZEŃSTWO dzięki współpracy ponadnarodowej. Rozwiązanie stosowane przez niemieckiego partnera TUV Hessen, a zwłaszcza nacisk na przekazanie uczestnikom szkoleń wiedzy o całościowych modelach zarządzania cyberbezpieczeństwem połączony z przekazem wiedzy o metodach transformacji stanu zastanego do opisanych w trakcie szkoleń rozwiązań modelowych jest istotnym novum rynkowym. Ponadto, w istniejącym rozwiązaniu niemieckim istotne znaczenie ma skuteczne wdrożenie strategii zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa, akcentowane są w trakcie szkoleń problemy związane z przebudową kultury organizacyjnej w kierunku pożądanym z perspektywy zapewnienia odporności organizacji korporacyjnej na atak cybernetyczny oraz kwestię modelu pracy zespołowej. Przewiduje się też opracowanie IT narzędzia - e-systemu wsparcia zarządzania szkoleniami wraz z aplikacją.Rozwiązanie wdrożone zostanie w 11 firmach szkoleniowych na terenie całej Polski, bezpośrednim wsparciem zostaną objęte łącznie 539 os. - 22 trenerów oraz 517 osób zatrudnionych w działach bezpieczeństwa korporacyjnego, ryzyka operacyjnego, compliance, audytu, zapobiegania fraudom i dochodzeń wewnętrznych oraz w działach IT i logistyki, które dzięki wsparciu (77 szkoleń) będą mogły podnieść kompetencje zawodowe z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa jednostki oraz zdobyć wiedzę oraz praktyki niedostępne na rynku polskim.
