The objective of the project will be realised when public policy actors in pum.a-maps participating in the implementation process of KPON will possess the necessary for effective implementation of the process, the document (the final report of the monitoring process and the summary report of mont. in the province/m) will be implemented. in accordance with the competition documentation guidelines by the WMSON and FOSA partnership (23 and 11 years of work on behalf respectively), bringing together almost all NGOs (more than 90) active in the area of the ON in the Province.Both are based in the WMSON region and WMSON includes, inter alia, a watch dog study (36 studies in the frame of the HC OP project ‘You don’t know’ for legal advice). the objective will be achieved by performing 2 tasks.This will be done in the framework of the 1th meeting.50 Monot terminal ports, in accordance with the guidelines ‘Methodology...’.In the framework of the 2 rd, work will take place.Verification reports (50) and the ‘Summary report’ in accordance with the Methodology for the Methodology. this includes the selection of the institutions concerned and their authorisation to participate in proj., the collection of data on the sole, monitored by, inter alia, a self-assessment survey, a monitoring plan and its implementation, using the FGI and IDI research.50 reports with recommendations in accordance with the Moscow method and a short and long-term breakdown, reviewing the use of recommendations from the 50 reports and the summary report.Such activities will include, inter alia, the necessary studies of stat., political, legal and social analyses, identifying barriers to the implementation of KPON in the audited unit and to experts in areas of importance for the implementation of the KPON.The implementation of the project will take account of the KPON recommendations on its implementation, including a request for implementation and reminder.The MON was actively involved in the presence of ON, including through orgones.The applicant will also ensure that equal opportunities for women and men are respected at each stage of the implementation of the project, so that the barriers do not apply in accordance with the Guidelines. Cel gł. proj. zostanie zrealizowany gdy podmioty polityk publ. z woj. warm.-maz. uczestniczące w procesie wdrażania KPON będą posiadały, niezbędny dla skutecznej realizacji procesu, dokument (Raport końcowy z procesu monit. i Raport zbiorczy z monit. w woj. w-m) Proj. będzie realiz. zgodnie z wytycznymi dokumentacji konkursowej przez partnerstwo WMSON i FOSa (odpowiednio 23 i 11 lat dośw. w pracy na rzecz ON), skupiających prawie wszystkie NGO (ponad 90) działające w obszarze ON w woj. Obie org. mają siedziby w woj. w-m a WMSON posiada dośw. m.in. w badaniach watch dog (36 badań w ramach projektu PO KL "Pytasz nie błądzisz" dot. poradnictwa prawn.) Cel proj. zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację 2 zadań. W ramach 1. zostanie przygot. 50 Raportów końcowych z monit., zgodnie z wytycznymi "Metodologii...". W ramach 2. zostaną oprac. Raporty weryfikujące (50 szt.) oraz Raport zbiorczy zgodnie z wytycznymi "Metodologii" Działania proj. to m.in. dobór instytucji objętych monit. i ich zgody na udział w proj., zbieranie danych o inst. monitorowanej przez m.in. ankietę samooceny, oprac. planu monit. i jego realizacja, z użyciem badań FGI i IDI, oprac. 50 raportów z rekomendacjami zgodnie z metodą MoSCoW i podziałem na krótko- i długoterminowe, weryf. wykorzystania rekomendacji z 50 raportami oraz Raport zbiorczy. Działania proj. obejmą również m.in. niezbędne analizy stat., politolog., prawne i socj. identyf. bariery wdrażania KPON w badanych jednost. oraz konsult. z ekspertami zajmującymi się obszarami ważnymi pod kątem wdrażania KPON. Realizowany proj. uwzględni zalecenia KPON dot. jej wdrażania, w tym postulat by we wdrażaniu i monit. KPON aktywnie uczestniczyły ON, w tym również za pośrednictwem org. ich reprezentujących. Wnioskodawca zapewni również przestrzeganie równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn na każdym etapie realizacji projektu, tak aby bariery w tym względzie nie wystąpiły Zgodnie z wytycznymi konkurs. zostaną powołane Zespół Koordynac (Polish)
