The duration of the project will not exceed 18 months of the real time. from 01.04.2018 to 31.09.2019, the main objective is to:improving the effectiveness and efficiency of social assistance in the area of the municipality of Łańcut by implementing the new model, which involves separating the administrative tasks from social work and providing social services.They will improve the handling of applicants to OPS, including the introduction of solutions that optimise the use of the competences employed in the TSO.By singling out social work, social workers will make better use of their knowledge, skills and competences in introducing and perpetuating a favourable change in a family situation.(Article 110) (a) the change in the organisational structure planned in the project will be based on the separation of 4 units of work/positions: — Position d/s first contact; — benefits and social work; -team d/s of social assistance services; — function d/s of benefits; — Function d/s of benefits — drafting of administrative decisions: task: -preparation and implementation of the new structure org.- Preparation and implementation of the new structure org.- Preparation and implementation of the new structure of the GOPS-Package Training Package for the implementation of the organisational efficiencies target group: GOPS staff.It will be attended by all workers. the other training courses and the supervisions will take part. the project will contribute to the achievement of the objective and the indicators for meeting the objective of meeting the objective and the performance indicators.After KED: the number of units of org. aid where the ESF support has separated the tasks related to the conduct of administrative work and social services — 1 Number of organisational units of social assistance supported to revise the organisational system — 1 (English)

    Okres realizacji projektu nie przekroczy 18 mies.Czas real. od 01.04.2018 r. do 31.09.2019 r.Cel główny: poprawa skuteczności oraz efektywności pomocy społ. na terenie Gminy Łańcut poprzez wdrożenie nowego modelu org. polegającego na rozdzieleniu zadań administracyjnych od pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych. Nastąpi poprawa obsługi osób zgłaszających się do OPS, obejmująca wprowadzenie rozwiązań optymalizujących wykorzystanie kompetencji zatrudnionych w nim prac. socj. Poprzez wyodrębnienie pracy socjalnej, pracow. socj. lepiej wykorzysta swoją wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje we wprowadzaniu i utrwalaniu korzystnej zmiany w sytuacji rodziny.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią pracownicy GOPS.Opierając się na obowiązujących przepisach ustawy o pomocy społ. (art. 110 a) zmiana struktury organizacyjnej zaplanowana w projekcie opierać się będzie na wyodrębnieniu 4 Zespołów/ Stanowisk pracy:-stanowisko d/s pierwszego kontaktu ;- zespół d/s świadczeń i pracy socjalnej ;-zespół d/s usług pomocy społecznej ;- stanowisko d/s świadczeń - sporządzanie decyzji administracyjnych .Zadania:-Przygotowanie i wdrażanie nowej struktury org.- Przygotowanie merytoryczne pracowników do wprowadzanych zmian modelu funkcjonowania GOPS-Pakiet szkoleń przygotowujących do wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnychGrupa docelowa:Pracownicy GOPS. W szkoleniachdot. zmian org. wezmą udział wszyscy pracownicy.W pozostałych szkoleniach i superwizji wezmą udział os. realizujące zad. merytorycznej bezpośr. związane z obsługa klienta.Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu i wskaźników realizacji celu szczeg.
