The main objective of the project is to implement organisational improvements consisting of the separation of administrative work from social work and social services in the mijsko structure — the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Somalia since 01.06.2018.The project will apply the ML-OPS structure to the following posts:(1) Position for first contact, (2) Social work position, (3) Services position, (4) Benefits position granted by a decision.The amendments will enhance the participation in the activities of social OPs and increase the level of implementation of the various social services needed for those who report to social assistance, in line with the initial diagnosis of these needs.The introduction of a new organisational model will ensure the effectiveness of social and social services and improve the work of social and administrative workers.The project is in line with the type of operation of Measure 2.5 — Social assistance of OP KED:Implement organisational improvements in organisational units of social assistance by targeting action to improve customer service. GMINA SOMPOLNO/MIEJSKO-GMINNY OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W SOMPOLNIE

Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych w strukturze Miejsko - Gminnego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Sompolnie począwszy od 01.06.2018 roku. W ramach projektu zastosowane zostanie rozwiązanie polegające na wydzieleniu w strukturze M-GOPS w Sompolnie następujących stanowisk pracy: 1) Stanowisko ds. pierwszego kontaktu, 2) Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej, 3) Stanowisko ds. usług, 4) Stanowisko ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją. Zmiany wpłyną na zwiększenie udziału w działaniach OPS pracy socjalnej oraz zwiększenie poziomu realizacji różnego rodzaju usług socjalnych, niezbędnych dla osób zgłaszających się do pomocy społecznej, zgodnie z wstępnym rozpoznaniem tych potrzeb. Wprowadzenie nowego modelu organizacyjnego zapewni efektywność pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych, a także usprawnią pracę pracowników socjalnych zarówno w wymiarze organizacyjnym jak i administracyjnym. Projekt wpisuje się w typ operacji w ramach Działania 2.5 Skuteczna pomoc społeczna PO WER: Wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej przez nakierowanie działań na poprawę obsługi klienta.
