The objective of Commander-in-Chief is to increase the level of professional activity and the employment of 28os.passive azated 15-29 (16K and 12M) — in the category of NETT, including with disabilities, on the low qualification who live in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region by placing the site in okr 01.01.18re 31.08.18.This project is to support individual and comprehensive activation of education through:1. labour market instruments and services for the individualisation of support and career identification assistance (Type 1) -identification of the needs of young unemployed people and the diagnosis of opportunities for in-service training, including the identification of the extent to which young people are away from the labour market, 2. labour market instruments and services for those who have identified the need to complete or acquire new skills and competences (Type 2) -acquiring, upgrading or adapting competences and qualifications needed in the labour market in view of the identified needs of the person to whom the support is provided, including through high-quality training3. labour market instruments and services to acquire the professional experience required by employers:(type 3) acquiring or completing professional experience and practical skills in the pursuit of a given profession, including through internships and traineeships, meeting the standards indicated in the European Quality Framework of Practice and Traineeships.
