The project aims to increase the profitability of sales of 74 sp-ni Spot and GS that are SMEs with a min.5 % by carrying out an analysis of development needs, development of development plans (PR), monitoring and advice on the implementation of PR, an analysis of the actual availability of services in the commercial sector and the taking of intervention measures with support from the social partners during the period 01.09.2016-31.10.2017.This objective will be achieved through the cooperation of the Applicant — the Federation of Union Trade Unions of Cooperatives, Production, Trade and Services in Poland (FZZPSPHiU) and the trade union organisation within the meaning of Article 23.05.1991 (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1881) and 3 Partnerships: 1.OPZZ — representing employers and employees in the reason.24.07.2015on the Social Dialogue Council and other social dialogue institutions (Journal of Laws 2015, item1240), 2.The Mazovia Trade and Services Bank (MHP) — an employers’ organisation in the sense of the employers’ organisations Act of 23.05.1991 (Journal of Laws No 55, item 235, as amended) and 3.SLG ITC, with which the applicant has been cooperating since 2009 in favour of cooperatives.Partners have a long experience of cooperation with the industry, know its problems and work actively towards it.They do not only carry out training and advisory activities, but are actively involved in solving current problems, intervening in favour of the industry, in particular commerce.The implementation of a project leading to an increase in profitability of sales will be based on a multi-stage process, including:identification of potential recipients of support, development of an analysis of the development needs of SMEs, preparation of PR, monitoring and advice on the implementation of PR, development of an analysis of the effective accessibility of services in the region/industry for SMEs, dissemination of knowledge of needs diagnosis to stakeholders, intervention measures.     Projekt ma na celu wzrost rentowności sprzedaży 74 sp-ni Społem i GS będących MŚP o min.5% poprzez przeprowadzenie analizy potrzeb rozwojowych, opracowanie planów rozwojowych (PR), monitoring i doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia PR, analizę faktycznej dostępności usług w branży handlowej i podejmowaniu działań interwencyjnych z wykorzystaniem wsparcia partnerów społecznych w okresie 01.09.2016-31.10.2017. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez współpracę Wnioskodawcy - Federacja Związków Zawodowych Pracowników Spółdzielczości, Produkcji, Handlu i Usług w Polsce (FZZPSPHiU)-organizacja związkowa w rozumieniu ust.z dn.23.05.1991r.o zw.zawodowych (Dz.U.z 2015r.poz.1881) oraz 3 Partnerów:1.OPZZ - reprezentat.organizacja pracodawców i pracowników w rozum. ustawy z dn. 24.07.2015r.o Radzie Dialogu Społecznego i innych instytucjach dialogu społecznego (Dz.U. z 2015r.,poz. 1240), 2. Mazowieckie Zrzeczenie Handlu Przemysłu i Usług (MZHP) - organizacja pracodawców w rozum. ustawy z dn. dn.23.05.1991r.o organizacjach pracodawców (Dz.U. Nr 55,poz.235,z późn.zm.), 3.SLG ITC - firma szkoleniowa, z którą Wnioskodawca współpracuje od 2009r. na rzecz spółdzielni. Partnerzy mają wieloletnie doświadczenia współpracy z branżą, znają jej problemy i działają aktywnie na jej rzecz. Prowadzą nie tylko działania szkoleniowe i doradcze, ale aktywnie uczestniczą w rozwiązywaniu  bieżących problemów, podejmują interwencje na rzecz branży, w szczególności społdzielni handlowych.  Realizacja projektu  prowadząca do wzrostu rentowności sprzedaży będzie się opierała na wieloetapowym procesie obejmującym: identyfikację potencjalnych odbiorców wsparcia, opracowanie analizy potrzeb rozwojowych MSP, przygotowanie PR, monitoring i doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia PR, opracowanie analizy faktycznej dostępności usług w regionie/branży dla MSP, upowszechnienie wśród interesariuszy wiedzy o zdiagnoz. potrzebach, działania interwencyjne.
