Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat roku pozostających bez pracy w powiecie słupskim i mieście Słupsk. W ramach projektu uczestnikami będą osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami , zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60 % stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Co najmniej 20 % uczestników projektu będą stanowić osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji tj. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu , dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
