The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Bartoszyce.The main result of the project will be the employment of 42 % of the participants from the vulnerable group (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (to ISCED level 3) of immigrants, returnees) and 57 % of the remaining persons who do not belong to the above-mentioned groups of persons registered in the PUP.Within the project, the support will cover persons below the age of 30 years eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called “active unemployed”) or the Aid Profile II (so-called “requiring support”).On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. the support planned for implementation is planned for: — the 71 participants; — training of 23 participants; — one-off economic activity — 28 participants; — settlement vouchers of 73, participants; — equipment or equipping of the work stations -21 participants.Total support will be awarded to 216 unemployed persons. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie bartoszyckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 42% uczestników z grupy osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) imigrantów, reemigrantów) oraz 57 % pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Formy wsparcia planowane do realizacji to:- staże - 71 uczestników;- szkolenia - 23 uczestników;- jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 28 uczestników;- bony na zasiedlenie - 73, uczestników ;- wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy -21 uczestników.Łącznie wsparciem objętych zostanie 216 osób bezrobotnych.Realizacja i rekrutacja w projekcie będzie trwać od 1.01.2019 do 31.12.2019.
