The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Goorsko — good.The main outcome of the project will be the employment of 1) the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, those with low qualifications (ISCED 3), immigrants and returnees) of at least 42 %;(2) persons who do not belong to the above groups at a level of at least 57 %, the project will support young people aged 18-29 without working, including persons with disabilities, registered in the PLO in the Golubi-Drop as unemployed, of whom at least 60 % will be NEETs, as defined by the NEET category adopted in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.At least 20 % of project participants will be vulnerable people, i.e. persons with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or the low-skilled.For each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of skills, aptitudes and professional problems.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (occupational guidance, placement, placement, voucher, establishment funds). POWIAT GOLUBSKO-DOBRZYŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GOLUBIU-DOBRZYNIU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie golubsko - dobrzyńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez:1) osoby w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigrantów i reemigrantów) na poziomie co najmniej 42%; 2) osoby nie należące do ww. grup na poziomie co najmniej 57%,W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, zarejestrowane w PUP w Golubiu-Dobrzyniu jako bezrobotne, spośród których co najmniej 60% stanowić będą osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. Co najmniej 20% uczestników projektu stanowić będą osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji rynku pracy, tj. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, staż, bon na zasiedlenie, środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej).
