Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie trzebnickim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej taką liczbę osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Trzebnica, aby spełnione zostały wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej, określone w punkcie 3.3. ppkt 4 b) Ogłoszenia o naborze projektów pozakonkursowych nr POWR.01.01.01-IP.10-02-001/18 z dnia 21.08.2018 r.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowane w PUP Trzebnica jako bezrobotne. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
