Działania, które zostaną podjęte w ramach audytu wzorniczego to: 1.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie oferty produktowej; 2.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie modelu biznesowego; 3.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie technologii; 4.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie struktury organizacyjnej; 5.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie procesów komunikacji; 6.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie strategii marketingowej 7.analiza Zamawiającego w zakresie zdefiniowania i charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz kluczowych w kontekście Zamawiającego trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych; 8.analiza potrzeb Zamawiającego w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem; 9.analiza oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego Zamawiającego. Czas trwania audytu to 30 dni, rozłożone w okresie pierwszych 3 miesięcy projektu. Na podstawie analizy, opracowana zostanie strategia wzornicza czyli raport z przeprowadzonego audytu wzorniczego zawierający następujące elementy: 1.ogólną charakterystykę firmy zawierającą analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej; 2.ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, opis trendów rynkowych; 3.określenie kluczowych w kontekście beneficjenta trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek beneficjenta; 4.ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie; 5.zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie; 6.rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Czas trwania opracowania strategii to 20 dni, rozłożone w okresie drugich 3 miesięcy projektu. Opracowanie strategii wzorniczej zostanie powierzone firmie CODE design sp. z o.o. (Polish)
