Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie aktywności zawodowej i edukacyjnej 33 kobiet (K) i 22 mężczyzn (M) z grupy NEET w wieku 15-29 l. z woj. łódzkiego (według KC) prowadzące do zdobycia przez nich zatrudnienia, dzięki realizacji indywidualnie dobranych, kompleksowych ścieżek rozwoju zawodowego w okresie 01.04.2018-31.07.2019Grupa docelowa:33K i 22M zamieszkałych w woj. łódzkim, z grupy NEET (zg.z defin.os.z kat.NEET przyjętą w POWER 2014-2020) nie uczących się, nie pracujących, niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy. Min 44 os (80%) będą bierne zawodowo, 30% z niskimi kwalifikacjami, 5 os. niepełnosprawnychDziałania:Indywidualne Konsultacje Diagnostyczne- ( w tym opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania) -8h/os.Poradnictwo zawodowe i Pośrednictwo pracy- po 8h/os.Szkolenia zawodowe-indywidualnie dopasowane do potrzeb i możliwości uczestnika, zgodnie z IPD, dostosowane do realnych potrzeb pracodawców oraz na podst.
