The purpose of the project is to carry out an audit of the design and design of the applicant’s design strategy, which will help to improve its competitiveness.The experts responsible for the following tasks will be the following:Magdalena Lubińska and Aleksandra Więck Duda.As part of the implementation of the project, the following activities are planned:1) characteristics containing a company’s design analysis of products, technology, organisational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy.(2) a description of the organisation’s design for design containing at least information on the characteristics of customers, a description of the main competitors and their products.(3) identification and analysis of market trends, identification of key trends in industry, societal and technological trends with a high potential for impact on the Company’s market.(4) assessing the level of use of design in an undertaking and its potential in this respect (5) a definition of the company’s design problems, which may concern both the product and other business processes within the company.(6) the possibility of solving the company’s design problems (7), the identification of the direction in which the undertaking could develop in the most efficient way (8) recommendations of further detailed measures in the Company’s deadline for the provision of services:from 01.06.2019 to 31.10.2019 All the tasks listed above will be carried out with the applicant (owner and worker) (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie audytu wzorniczego oraz opracowanie strategii wzorniczej przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy, co przyczyni się do podniesienia jego konkurencyjności. Ekspertami odpowiedzialnymi za realizację niżej wymienionych zadań będą Pani: Magdalena Lubińska oraz Aleksandra Więcka Duda. W ramach realizacji projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: 1) charakterystyka zawierająca analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej. 2) opis otoczenia Przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów oraz ich produktów. 3) identyfikacja i analiza trendów rynkowych, określenie kluczowych w kontekście Przedsiębiorstwa trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek Przedsiębiorstwa. 4) ocena poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w przedsiębiorstwie oraz jego potencjału w tym zakresie 5) zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w przedsiębiorstwie, przy czym problemy te mogą dotyczyć zarówno produktu, jak i innych procesów biznesowych w firmie. 6) możliwości rozwiązania problemów wzorniczych w przedsiębiorstwie 7) zidentyfikowanie kierunku, w którym najefektywniej mogłaby rozwijać się Przedsiębiorstwo 8) rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań w Przedsiębiorstwie Termin realizacji usług: od 01.06.2019 do 31.10.2019 r. Wszystkie wymienione wyżej zadania będą realizowane przy udziale Wnioskodawcy (właściciela oraz pracownika) (Polish)
