Projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia audytu wzorniczego i opracowania strategii wzorniczej. 1. Audyt wzorniczy będzie obejmował: - analizę wzorniczą przedsiębiorstwa oraz jego otoczenia w zakresie oferty produktowej, modelu biznesowego, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji, strategii marketingowej, charakterystyki klientów i konkurencji oraz trendów rynkowych, - analizę potrzeb przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie zarządzania wzornictwem, - analizę oferty pod kątem wykorzystania wzornictwa i potencjału rynkowego przedsiębiorstwa. Czas trwania: ok. 2,5 miesiąca (planowany termin realizacji: 01.06.2019 – 19.08.2019). Działania związane z przeprowadzeniem audytu będą wykonywać następujący eksperci Wykonawcy: Anna Wróblewska, Piotr Wróblewski i Joanna Leciejewska. 2. Strategia wzornicza, opracowana na podstawie audytu wzorniczego, będzie zawierać: a) ogólną charakterystykę przedsiębiorstwa zawierającą analizę wzorniczą firmy w zakresie produktów, technologii, struktury organizacyjnej, procesów komunikacji z klientem, strategii marketingowej, b) ogólny opis otoczenia firmy w zakresie designu zawierający co najmniej informacje odnośnie charakterystyki klientów, opis głównych konkurentów, c) opis trendów rynkowych, określenie kluczowych trendów branżowych, społecznych i technologicznych o dużym potencjale wpływu na rynek, w ramach którego funkcjonuje Zamawiający, d) ocenę poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w firmie oraz jej potencjału w tym zakresie, e) zdefiniowanie problemów wzorniczych w firmie, f) możliwości rozwiązania problemów wzorniczych w firmie, g) rekomendacje dalszych szczegółowych działań dla firmy. Czas trwania: ok. 2 miesięcy (planowany termin realizacji: 01.07.2019 - 31.08.2019).
