Within the framework of the project, the Ministry of Finance (MF), in cooperation with the National Revenue Information Office (KIS), intends to improve the functioning of the Ministry of Finance (RF) in the back-office area by optimising and digitalising processes of generation, making available and disseminating information on the uniform and current position of tax authorities on how to interpret and apply tax and customs legislation.To this end, the project intends to:(1) harmonise the information environment of the FR in the above mentioned scope;2) create a central system of EUREKA, comprising a central customs and customs database;(3) optimise processes and procedures for producing, reconciling, updating, preparing for publication, publishing and retrieving information.The project is aimed primarily at RF staff who, in the performance of their duties, apply and interpret the provisions of tax and customs law and make the information available to the public in a structured way.As a result of the implementation of the project, they will be given access to up-to-date information necessary for the swift and correct handling of cases, which will have a positive impact on the line of contacts on the line of tax administration of the citizen/taxpayer.In addition, taxpayers will facilitate access to up-to-date and standardised information on the manner in which tax and customs law is applied and interpreted, with the result that the project will improve the functioning of many sections of the public — the tax administrations, including entrepreneurs in particular. W ramach projektu Ministerstwo Finansów (MF), przy współpracy z Krajową Informacją Skarbową (KIS), zamierza usprawnić funkcjonowanie resortu finansów (RF) w obszarze back-office poprzez optymalizację i cyfryzację procesów wytwarzania, udostępniania i rozpowszechniania informacji na temat jednolitego i aktualnego stanowiska organów administracji skarbowej w zakresie sposobu interpretowania i stosowania przepisów prawa podatkowego i celnego. W tym celu w ramach projektu zamierza się: 1) ujednolicić środowisko informacyjne RF w ww. zakresie; 2) utworzyć centralny system EUREKA składający się z centralnej bazy danych podatkowo-celnych; 3) zoptymalizować procesy i procedury związane z wytwarzaniem, uzgadnianiem, aktualizacją, przygotowaniem do publikacji, publikowaniem i wyszukiwaniem informacji. Projekt skierowany jest przede wszystkim do pracowników RF, którzy w ramach wykonywania obowiązków służbowych stosują i dokonują interpretacji przepisów prawa podatkowego i celnego oraz mają za zadanie w sposób usystematyzowany udostępniać obywatelom informacje w tym zakresie. W wyniku realizacji projektu uproszony zostanie im dostęp do aktualnych informacji niezbędnych do szybkiego i poprawnego załatwiania spraw, co wpłynie pozytywnie na kontakty na linii administracja skarbowa – obywatel/podatnik. Również podatnikom ułatwiony zostanie dostęp do aktualnej i ujednoliconej informacji z zakresu sposobu stosowania i interpretowania prawa podatkowego i celnego, co spowoduje że projekt wpłynie na poprawę funkcjonowania wielu grup społeczeństwa - klientów administracji skarbowej, w tym w szczególności przedsiębiorców.
