The Centre for Spatial Analysis of Public Administration will be a shared responsibility and analytical environment for the public administration, which will enable advanced services related to spatial information to be made available.The CAAP services will be provided to citizens, businesses and public administrations and will be linked to spatial information from geo-reference records, which are relevant, inter alia, to business, sustainable development, environmental protection, management.It is envisaged that innovative electronic services are made available based on the integrated data of the PCT and the spatial data of the government and local government administration and ensure efficient access to processed information according to the needs of the users of spatial information.Project implementation is part of Action 2.1 High availability and quality of public e-services and will be linked to widening the scope of cases that citizens and businesses can handle electronically.The project involves the creation and development of modern e-services and forms part of the key areas identified in the POPC.The project will be implemented within the framework of the type II project “Development and/or development of intra-governmental administrative services (A2A) necessary for the functioning of public e-services” because it was assumed that the CAAP would be a common competence and analytical environment for the public administration, allowing advanced services related to spatial information to be made available.It will also contribute to increasing the availability of public administration services and data sets, enhancing the quality and interoperability of public services and to enabling the interaction of national IT systems and ensuring the reuse of spatial data.The services dominant in the project will be A2A.The services provided as part of the project will also be capable of being used by economic operators (A2B services) and citizens (A2C services).     Centrum Analiz Przestrzennych Administracji Publicznej będzie wspólnym dla administracji publicznej środowiskiem kompetencyjno-analitycznym, które umożliwi udostępnianie zaawansowanych usług związanych z informacją przestrzenną. Usługi CAPAP świadczone będą obywatelom, przedsiębiorcom oraz administracji publicznej i związane będą z informacją przestrzenną pochodzącą z rejestrów georeferencyjnych, istotnych między innymi dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, zrównoważonego rozwoju, ochrony środowiska, zarządzania. Zakłada się udostępnienie innowacyjnych usług elektronicznych wytworzonych w oparciu o zintegrowane dane PZGiK i dane przestrzenne administracji rządowej i samorządowej oraz zapewnienie efektywnego dostępu do przetworzonej zgodnie z potrzebami użytkowników informacji przestrzennej. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w Działanie 2.1 Wysoka dostępność i jakość e-usług publicznych i związana będzie z poszerzeniem zakresu spraw, które obywatele i przedsiębiorcy mogą załatwić drogą elektroniczną. Projekt zakłada tworzenie i rozwój nowoczesnych e-usług a także wpisuje się w kluczowe obszary wskazane w POPC. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach II typu projektu „Tworzenie lub rozwój usług wewnątrzadministracyjnych (A2A) niezbędnych dla funkcjonowania e-usług publicznych” ponieważ przyjęto, że CAPAP będzie wspólnym dla administracji publicznej środowiskiem kompetencyjno-analitycznym umożliwiającym udostępnianie zaawansowanych usług związanych z informacją przestrzenną. CAPAP przyczyni się też do zwiększenia dostępności usług oraz zbiorów danych będących w dyspozycji administracji publicznej, zwiększenia jakości i interoperacyjności usług publicznych oraz do umożliwienia współdziałania systemów informatycznych państwa i zapewnienia ponownego użycia danych przestrzennych. Usługami dominującymi w projekcie będą usługi A2A. Przygotowane usługi w ramach Projektu będą miały zdolność do ich użycia również przez przedsiębiorców (usługi A2B) i obywateli (usługi A2C).
