The project involves carrying out industrial research and development work on the development of cleaning technologies for the purification of lecithins for the purpose of obtaining pure phospholipid fraction for innovative pharmaceutical technologies, followed by the implementation of the results of the work by mobilising the production of high quality raw material for the production of solid carriers. The project will result in a composition of the innovative product (optimal composition of hydrophial parts of phospholipids, alkyl chains and non-phospholipid fractions) as well as the method of obtaining it.The main objective of the project is to create and implement effective solutions that are global innovation in terms of receiving phospholipids, with optimal parameters for the production of nanoaggregates for the supply of medicines, supplements and medical devices.Specific objectives:development of an innovative composition and method of producing phospholipids to guarantee the receipt of nanostructures, including those based on low energy conversion processes;the identification of the key parameters of the lecithins deciding on the stability of nanoaggregates will be studied in particular by rapeseed which is well suited for this type of application;the introduction of “solutions” which are not accessible to competition (development of a unique process for the manufacture of lipid aggregates with parameters placed on the basis of the type of oilseed rape produced in Poland in Poland). The project comprises 4 stages of industrial research and 2 stages of development. As a result:the composition of the phospholipids to receive self-organised lipid structures along the parameters for the development of the purification method of lecithins to achieve the optimal phospholipids to form lipossomes;determination of toxicity profiles and effective n (English)
