The aim of the project is to develop a new technology country in the country and to mobilise the production of nickel welded wire which will be used in order to remedy the shortcomings of currently produced copper wires and welding wires with non-metallic welding wires.The introduction of a new product on the market will make it possible to avoid the defects of the copper welding wire such as poor adhesion and to recover the CU layer, resulting in accelerated wire corrosion, the pollination of welding equipment and their unstable work, and the introduction of copper iron alloys in copper iron alloys.The new product will have more abrasion resistance and mechanical damage resistance to welding wires with non-metallic layers.The project will develop new products, steel welding wires, with diameters ranging from 0,8 to 1.2 mm, with a diameter of 5 mm to mm, with thinner layers of Ni, of excellent adhesion and leakage (compared to the layer of Cu) and high resistance to corrosion.The objective of the R & D work will be the concept, design and configuration of the technology line, the choice of appropriate technology for removing the scalings from wire rod and the application of filling layers, the selection of the relevant lubricants for dry and wet drawing processes, and the setting of process parameters:the electro-chemical coating of Ni, successive dry and dry drawings, the rinsing of the wires after the nailing bath, in the function of the diameter of the wires and of the drawing speed so as to ensure that the technical optimisation of the latter is made;the economic process.The target group of the new product will be the companies carrying out all types of steel structures that are welded with the machines and the semi-products. Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowej w skali kraju technologii oraz uruchomienie produkcji drutów spawalniczych niklowanych, których zastosowanie pozwoli wyeliminować wady produkowanych obecnie drutów spawalniczych miedziowanych oraz drutów spawalniczych pokrywanych warstwami niemetalicznymi. Wprowadzenie nowego produktu na rynek umożliwi uniknięcie wad drutów spawalniczych miedziowanych takich jak słaba przyczepność oraz złuszczanie się warstwy Cu, co powoduje przyspieszoną korozję drutów, zapychanie się urządzeń spawalniczych i ich niestabilną pracę oraz ograniczy wprowadzanie do stopów żelaza miedzi ze złomu. Nowy produkt będzie charakteryzował się większą odpornością na ścieranie i odpornością na uszkodzenia mechaniczne w stosunku do drutów spawalniczych pokrywanych warstwami niemetalicznymi. W wyniku projektu opracowane zostaną nowe produkty, stalowe druty spawalnicze niklowane elektrochemicznie, o średnicach w zakresie od 0,8 do 1,2 mm, pokryte 5-cio krotnie cieńszą warstwą Ni, o doskonałej przyczepności i szczelności (w porównaniu do drutów z warstwa Cu) i wysokiej odporności na korozję. Celem prac B+R będzie koncepcja, projekt i skonfigurowanie linii technologicznej, dobór właściwej technologii usuwania zgorzeliny z walcówki i nakładania warstw podsmarowych, dobór odpowiednich smarów do procesów ciągnienia na sucho, jak i na mokro oraz ustalenie parametrów procesów: elektrochemicznego pokrywania drutów warstwą Ni, ciągnienia wielostopniowego na sucho i na mokrociągu, płukania drutów po kąpieli niklującej, w funkcji średnicy końcowej drutów oraz prędkości ciągnienia, co zapewni optymalizację techniczno – ekonomiczną procesu. Grupą docelową nowego produktu będą przedsiębiorstwa wykonujące wszelkiego rodzaju konstrukcje stalowe spawane z użyciem automatów i półauto (Polish)
