The aim of the project is to develop ecological focus measures on the needs of the food industry.It is intended that a lubricant meeting the high performance requirements should be developed in a manner that is neutral towards the environment, thereby indirectly minimising the negative effects of the impact of the lubricant on the ecosystem.Environmentally friendly environmentally friendly lubricants produced and produced will outweigh the properties currently used by industrial lubricants offered on the market.It should be noted that the use of many raw materials, in particular for oil bases and functional adders, is unacceptable for the production of lubricants intended for use in the food industry.Properly selected raw materials are particularly safe when they are required to protect against corrosion or oxidative stability.The implementation of the project will make it possible to launch the production and use of green, safe lubricant products based on safe raw materials.The key research tasks on the greening of the lubricant are:Developing new products based on non-toxic raw materials in accordance with the legal framework for the protection of the environment and food production, and the design of a system for monitoring quality indicators which are relevant from the point of view of certification requirements and the needs of the food manufacturing industry.The verification of the in-service EFA of lubricant, meeting the above, will be a major achievement of the project. Celem projektu jest opracowanie proekologicznych środków smarowych, na potrzeby przemysłu spożywczego. Planowane jest opracowanie smaru spełniającego wysokie wymagania eksploatacyjne, przy zachowaniu neutralności wobec środowiska naturalnego, co umożliwi pośrednio zminimalizowanie negatywnych skutków oddziaływania środków smarowych na ekosystem. Opracowane i wytworzone zostaną proekologiczne środki smarowe nieszkodliwe dla człowieka i środowiska naturalnego, przewyższające swoimi właściwościami obecnie stosowane przemysłowe smary oferowane na rynku. Nadmienić należy, że do produkcji smarów, przeznaczonych do eksploatacji w przemyśle spożywczym, niedopuszczalne jest stosowanie wielu surowców, zwłaszcza w zakresie baz olejowych czy dodatków funkcjonalnych. Odpowiednio dobrane surowce zabezpieczą właściwości eksploatacyjne szczególnie, gdy stawiane są wysokie wymagania wobec ochrony antykorozyjnej czy stabilności oksydacyjnej. Realizacja projektu umożliwi uruchomienie produkcji i wdrożenie proekologicznych środków smarowych uzyskanych na bazie bezpiecznych surowców. Kluczowymi zadaniami badawczymi w zakresie proekologicznych środków smarowych są: ? opracowanie nowych produktów na bazie surowców nietoksycznych zgodnie z unormowaniami prawnymi dotyczącymi ochrony środowiska i bezpieczeństwa produkcji żywności, ? udoskonalenie praktyki projektowej w zakresie wykorzystania sprawdzonych rozwiązań technologicznych do realizacji nowatorskich rozwiązań z zakresu wytwarzania proekologicznych środków smarowych, ? opracowanie systemu monitorowania wskaźników jakości, istotnych z punktu widzenia wymagań w zakresie certyfikacji i potrzeb przemysłu produkującego żywność. Istotnym osiągnięciem rezultatu projektu będzie weryfikacja eksploatacyjna proekologicznych środków smarowych, spełniających wy (Polish)
