The investment, which is the subject of this project, is oriented towards the implementation and the subsequent launch of an advanced, innovative technology which will guarantee the implementation of a significantly improved product for catering aluminium foil with micro-diffusion of various designs and the unique characteristics that none of the champions on the domestic and international markets are currently achievable.The novel technology presented in the project is the result of research and development and is owned by AKU Sp. z o.o.. the applicant has reserved the right to it on the basis of the application for the invention of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, obtaining an industrial property right under number P.418326.As a result of the work undertaken, an industrial formula has also been developed which has received WP.24894. in order to conclude the project, the project will consist of an investment in a set of machinery and equipment which, after it has been properly installed, will set up a process which will enable an innovative technology to produce an innovative technology for generating unprecedented and novel catering aluminium foil with various innovations at world level.The breakthrough of a product shall be provided with significantly improved performance and characteristics, i.e.:— reduced points of contact — increased hygienisation of points to increase the tensile strength of the foil along and cross the increased longitudinal elevation of the foil when loading along and cross with an increased tensile strength of the foil/smaller backdeflection of the foil — increased optically increased film size of the film, — a new optically volume film, — new design of the foil — product universality (English) | |||

Inwestycja, będąca przedmiotem niniejszego projektu, zorientowana jest na wdrożenie, a następnie uruchomienie zaawansowanej, innowacyjnej technologii, która zagwarantuje wdrożenie znacząco ulepszonego produktu jakim będzie cateringowa folia aluminiowa z mikro przetłoczeniami o różnych wzorach i o unikalnych właściwościach, nieosiągalnych obecnie przez żadnego z liderów na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym. Nowatorska technologa przedstawiona w projekcie, powstała w wyniku prac badawczo-rozwojowych i stanowi własność firmy AKU Sp. z o.o. Wnioskodawca zastrzegł sobie prawo do niej na postawie zgłoszenia wynalazku do Urzędu Patentowego RP, otrzymując prawo własności przemysłowej pod numerem P.418326. W wyniku podjętych prac powstał również wzór przemysłowy, który otrzymał nr Wp.24894 Podsumowując realizacja projektu polegać będzie na przeprowadzeniu inwestycji w komplet maszyn i urządzeń, które po ich odpowiednim zainstalowaniu utworzą ciąg technologiczny umożliwiający realizacją innowacyjnej technologii wytwarzania niespotykanych dotąd nawojowych cateringowych folii aluminiowych o różnych wzorach z mikro przetłoczeniami, charakteryzujących się innowacyjnością w skali świata. O przełomowości produktu świadczyć będą jego znacząco udoskonalone parametry i cechy użytkowe tj.: -zmniejszona ilość punktów styku -zwiększona higienizacja -zwiększona wytrzymałość na rozciąganie wzdłuż i poprzek -zwiększone wzdłużne wydłużenie folii podczas obciążenia wzdłuż i poprzek -zwiększona wytrzymałość na rozciąganie -mniejsze przywieranie do folii -mniejsze odkształcenia folii -zwiększona optycznie wielkość folii z wytłoczeniami -nowy design folii -uniwersalność produktu (Polish)
