The project in question concerns technology investments in accordance with the competition documentation, i.e. the investment consisting of the implementation of its new technology and the launch of a new process for the production of a retort furnace for the nitrogen alloy of Inconel 600 nickel in an automated welded position on the basis of the project.The purpose of the project is to implement the results of its own development work carried out by the employees of Inter- Castor, as well as the scientific staff of the University of Zielonogórski, i.e. a novel innovative post for welding made from material Inconel 600 to the Applicant’s specialist production requirements.The implementation of the technology and the launch of the new production process must be carried out as part of a project involving the purchase of the following equipment and works:1.Diechoic ultrasound — 1.2.Sheets for the sheets — 1.3.Colouring machine to sheet 4-cylindrical, 1;4.laser-plate laser laser machine: 15.welding machine position — 1 items6.1,7.Performance of the internal electrical installation for the connection of the machines — 1.8.laying the bases for the machine — 1.9.Route with suction to transport sheet — 1.10.Żuraaw 6 m 2T — 1.11.3-3-assisted design softwareAs a result of the above activities/purchases, the applicant will acquire all the necessary material resources to implement the process of innovation.A new, fully equipped production line is created, which is a technological base in which the idea of a new technology (an automated welding position) can be applied in practice and, as a result, it will be possible to make the retort of nickel alloy Inconel 600 by one-sided welding by the MIG method (131). Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy inwestycji technologicznej zgodnie z dokumentacją konkursową, tj. inwestycji polegającej na wdrożeniu własnej nowej technologii oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie nowego procesu produkcji retorty pieca do azotowania wykonanej ze stopu niklu Inconel 600 na zautomatyzowanym stanowisku spawalniczym. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników własnych prac rozwojowych przeprowadzonych przez pracowników firmy Inter- Castor oraz pracowników naukowych Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego, tj. opracowanego nowatorskiego stanowiska do spawania retort wykonanych z materiału Inconel 600 w pełni ostosowanego do specjalistycznych wymagań produkcyjnych Wnioskodawcy. Do wdrożenia technologii i uruchomienia nowego procesu produkcji konieczne jest wykonanie działań zaplanowanych w ramach projektu obejmujących zakup następujących urządzeń i robót budowlanych: 1.Defektoskop ultradźwiękowy – 1 szt. 2.Ukosowarka do blach – 1 szt. 3.Zwijarka do blach 4-walcowa – 1 szt. 4.Wycinarka laserowa do blach – 1 szt. 5.Zautomatyzowane stanowisko do spawania – 1 szt. 6.Prasa krawędziowa - 1 szt. 7.Wykonanie wewnętrznej instalacji elektrycznej do podłączenia maszyn – 1 szt. 8.Wykonanie fundamentów pod maszyny – 1 szt. 9.Trawersa z ssawkami do transportu blach – 1 szt. 10.Żuraw 6m 2T – 1 szt. 11.Oprogramowanie wspomagające projektowanie 3D – 3 szt. W efekcie realizacji wyszczególnionych powyżej działań/zakupów, Wnioskodawca nabędzie wszelkie niezbędne zasoby materialne konieczne do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej. Powstanie nowa, w pełni wyposażona linia produkcyjna,stanowiąca bazę technologiczną, w której idea nowej technologii (zautomatyzowane stanowisko spawalnicze) będzie mogła zostać w praktyce zastosowana, a w efekcie możliwe będzie wytwarzanie retort ze stopu niklu Inconel 600 poprzez jednostronne spawanie metodą MIG (131).
